Using Rippling has made it easier to manage team attendance and plan for scheduled time off, which saves time and enhances organization. However, the automatic deduction of lunch breaks is a drawback that could be improved for better accuracy in timekeeping.

The evolution of the Replit Agent and instant cloud deployments has dramatically accelerated the path from initial concept to a functional MVP or buildathon entry. Eliminating local dev environment setup, automatic database integration, and being able to test and deploy web apps directly in the browser saved countless hours. Real-time AI code completion and multi-agent workflows make rapid iteration remarkably smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Token consumption and compute-based pricing can deplete quickly during heavy debugging sessions or complex multi-file refactoring with the AI Agent. Additionally, performance can slow down when working with larger codebases, and the AI agent occasionally makes unintended file modifications during complex updates. Clearer spending caps and refined context retention for large projects would be great enhancements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My hiring HR shared the Rippling invite with me, and it took me less than 30 minutes (around 20 minutes) to fill in all the required details and complete my pre-onboarding journey. The UI is modern, and signing documents was easy. The user experience was also good, especially in the steps that needed extra attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing much but Some more automation using the provided documents can be interesting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was introduced to Rippling just before onboarding at NOCD, and it has been easy to access and easy to navigate from day one. Everything I need as a new employee is in one place, and I never had to hunt for where something lives. When I had questions about my own situation, support was quick to reach and the answers fit my specific needs instead of generic help-page text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing significant so far. As a newer user, my only wish is a bit more guidance on where less common features sit, but that's minor, and the support team fills the gap quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Rippling allows us to manage payroll, benefits, PTO, HR, device management, and much more all in one place. Onboarding and offboarding have been a breeze, with everything handled smoothly—from offer letters and contracts to user access and ongoing management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Over the five years we’ve been using Rippling, we’ve gone through several different account managers, which makes it feel like turnover is an issue. Rippling also tends to roll out “improvements” to the system that end up requiring you to relearn where to find certain reports or approvals. On top of that, the annual renewal always seems to come with an increase in fees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The onboarding experience is what I like best. We order accessories through Rippling as part of the onboarding workflow, which makes it easy to get new hires what they need to get started. They receive shipping notifications, and we spend less time coordinating orders, especially when onboarding multiple employees at once. We manage company computers separately, but having accessory orders built into onboarding is a big help.
Automating the creation of email and Slack accounts is also a tremendous timesaver. Those are practical features that make a real difference in our day to day work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There feels like a strong push toward adopting Rippling AI, while many of the automations I expected to be included require additional paid features.
Reporting is clunky. Standard templates for common needs, such as insurance reporting and workers’ compensation audits, are not readily available. I would expect a payroll platform to make those reports easier to access without having to build them myself.
Navigation could also be more intuitive. Finding an employee’s time off usage or getting to Rippling apps sometimes takes more clicking around than it should. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rippling is incredibly user-friendly. Even without formal training, I was able to learn the system just by exploring it. The chat support team is another highlight. They've been very helpful every time we've had a question. Beyond the software itself, the company has been great to work with. My HR team and I attended their Rippling on the Road conference in New York, where we met the executives, networked with other companies, and learned even more about what Rippling offers. It was one of my favorite work experiences ever. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When we started in January, there was no formal training from the company, which was a change from my past experience with system transitions. It was a little nerve-wracking at first, since I wasn't sure how to get started. We also hit a few kinks early on. We worked through them with the help of the chat team, and the learning curve ended up being much smaller than I expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Rippling helps keep attendance on track, shows my shift assignments, and allows me to apply for leave. I also appreciate that it lets me take necessary courses, especially those associated and allocated by my company. As a new trainee, I found the initial setup to be very easy. I think attendance points can be improved and should be accessible by supervisors. Sometimes if there is a correct attendance but due to shift assignments it's shown as absent, it can be changed, and attendance points won't add up correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about Rippling Spend’s expense management add-on is how well it supports the purchases I make as a paid advertising manager at a digital performance marketing agency. Virtual cards and configurable limits make it easier to separate and control spending across ad platforms, client accounts, and recurring MarTech subscriptions. For smaller campaign costs, such as testing domains or creative assets, I can submit receipts without turning the process into a separate administrative project. Automated receipt matching is particularly helpful when advertising platforms issue invoices at irregular billing thresholds. The platform also gives me a clear view of transaction and approval status without requiring repeated follow-ups. Since our team works remotely and rarely meets clients in person, the value comes primarily from managing digital media, software, and campaign-related purchases rather than travel or entertainment expenses. Overall, Rippling Spend mirrors my positive impression of Rippling as a whole by making a routine but important workflow organized and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike most about Rippling Spend’s expense management add-on is that categorizing digital purchases across campaigns or client accounts can occasionally require extra manual review. Overall, though, receipt matching, virtual cards, and spending controls make it an excellent tool for managing campaign-related expenses at a marketing agency. Rippling makes HR easy by combining onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee records in one platform. I regularly use it for payroll and onboarding, and the automated workflows, e-signatures, and benefits syncing save time and reduce errors. It’s intuitive, efficient, and cuts down on administrative work significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If I had to note a downside, it would be that Rippling has a lot of features, so there can be a bit of a learning curve at first. Some settings and workflows take time to fully understand, especially for new users. Additionally, because it’s such an all‑in‑one platform, certain advanced features may feel more than what a very small team needs right away—but overall, that depth becomes a benefit as you grow.
