# Who's actually running enterprise-scale hiring on Greenhouse, iCIMS, Ceipal, JobDiva, or Lever?

Most "best ATS" roundups don't say anything about company size, and once you're above 1,000 employees the requirements get pretty different: multi-brand setups, huge review volume, integration sprawl that a smaller team would never see. I went digging specifically through reviews tagged as enterprise, 1,000-plus employees, in the Recruitment Platforms category to see what actually held up there.

Greenhouse (4.4★, 4,002 reviews): Enterprise reviewers managing 200-plus hiring managers and hundreds of evergreen roles like how easy it is to roll out to non-recruiters, but bulk-editing hundreds of roles at once is the recurring complaint. Best for: keeping a large hiring-manager network aligned on process.

iCIMS (4.2★, 988 reviews): Built for multi-brand organizations, enterprise users mention configuring separate workflows per brand and running high-volume applicant experiences, though the 50k-record export cap trips people up once data volume gets big. Best for: multi-brand or multi-entity enterprises hiring at volume.

Ceipal ATS (4.7★, 1,502 reviews): Fewer enterprise reviews than its mid-market base, but the ones there call out the AI matching and lower cost compared to something like Bullhorn, alongside some lag during bulk operations. Best for: staffing operations scaling up without a big software bill.

JobDiva (4.7★, 1,847 reviews): Enterprise staffing firms point to real-time multi-board search and built-in RingCentral and LinkedIn integration for managing large recruiter teams, with an outdated UI as the most repeated complaint. Best for: large staffing agencies running many recruiters at once.

Lever (4.3★, 2,124 reviews): Enterprise reviewers highlight bulk actions and Slack-based collaboration across hiring teams, but note that adjusting pipeline stages or permissions usually needs admin intervention. Best for: cross-functional hiring teams that need to move fast together.

For anyone at a 1,000-plus employee company, did the choice come down to integrations, or was it more about which platform your recruiting team could actually get up and running quickly? And has anyone else hit iCIMS' export limits once your candidate data really piled up?

At 1,000+ employees, integrations matter, but governance usually becomes the bigger differentiator: bulk changes, permissions, multi-brand workflows, and reporting all have to scale without turning every adjustment into an admin project. I’d also test export limits and bulk-operation performance early, because those constraints tend to surface only after the candidate database gets large.
