    "Good Intuitive Software: I really enjoy that I get a phone number that is separate from my personal number. In previous jobs, it's been so stressful to have to give out my personal number-- even a google number attached to my phone-- to a client.     "The All In One Simple Solution: The transparency into data and how easy it is to look into the breakdown of what our numbers mean in reference to calls answered, times not available, after hours and the percentage of where each fall. Being able to also quickly swap out the IVR and upload new recordings is such a breeze.     "Not much flexibility but a good product : We have had some difficulties with communication with aspect, 18 months into our contract. We often need help or some guidance to support our business needs. It’s sometimes difficult to be a happy customer when aspect can be quite rigid with the support. Regardless of this the product itself is good and Aspect seem on board with feedback and generally seem to do what they can to highlight difficult areas. "

    "RingDNA Over Exceeds Expectations! You must try them!: Their platform is so easy to integrate with salesforce. I've tried numerous different platforms that supposedly integrate with salesforce which don't work or slow down salesforce to the point you do not want to even use it. From the moment I contacted ringDNA to my three years of being a client, I've been impressed with their sales team, onboarding, and support. They are one of the few platforms our company has used that I can say has been truly seamless. Most of all their team is exceptional. Everyone I've contacted is always there to help and in any case they don't have the answer, they will find someone that does. They go over over and beyond what is necessary."

    "Truly Wonderful!: Truly is so easy to use! You can record calls, transfer, add notes, and get email scripts of any voicemails. I love how I don't have to give out my personal cell phone number - but the Truly app lets me take my business phone with me on the go too. My favorite aspect is that I can take notes during my call in Truly and they will log automatically in Salesforce under that call - HUGE time saver! Great because it goes through wifi so even if you don't have cell service you can make calls"

The program has auser friendly programming interface. Once you understand the logic it's simple to create scripts to do what you need. Once you create scripts, it is very easy to duplicate them and edit them as needed. The system is also pretty reliable as far as uptime.
