What do you like best about ReadyMembership?

We used to have a separate website and (clunky) database. In addition to this, we have a separate forum, and manually managed all of our events bookings. ReadyMembership effectively and efficiently moved all of this into one package, increasing workplace efficiency enormously. The benefits of association members being able to log in to the website, access their own areas are transformative, as they can access specifically tailored benefits, be shown tailored professional development opportunities, and easily book courses and conferences. Implementation was straightforward, and well-managed by the Pixl8 team, and I was impressed with how quickly the senior team would get involved if anything needed smoothing over.

I also like the fact that the product is continually developing. The Pixl8 team running ReadyMembership are keen to meet and listen to their clients and to build new elements that will benefit the whole user community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ReadyMembership?

What do you like best about ReadyMembership?

What do you dislike about ReadyMembership?

The email marketing platform is primitive. It's very effective for basic email sends and transactional emails based on website activity. The email functionality, analytics, reporting and automation sequencing have a long way to go to catch up with the industry standard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wanted to highlight that our email marketing system does include quite sophisticated personalisation and dynamic content functionality that many clients find valuable. However, we do acknowledge that it doesn't currently have some of the commonplace features you'd find in dedicated email marketing platforms that focus entirely on that space.

The good news is that we've recently launched some updates to the email functionality, and we have a roadmap of new features planned that aim to bridge this gap. We're committed to enhancing these capabilities to bring them in line with industry expectations.

We'd welcome any specific feedback you have on which features would be most valuable to your organisation. You can also submit feature suggestions directly through our Knowledge Hub, where our product team actively reviews input when planning future development.
