Few reports are not able to capture some information in one report which we would like to see, however can always get assistance from Payroll specialist. Some services are not available, but it is not mandatory requirement for us now. The fee for Tax Filing process can be less would be great. I like that Paycom allows our team to manage nearly every aspect of HR from one platform while reducing administrative burden through automation and self-service. The applicant tracking system in Paycom could be improved. We recruit doctors who often avoid filling out applications, making us rely on sourcing. The only negative I've noticed to date is some crashing during training courses that have caused me to have to retake a learning module from the start.
