One minor inconvenience is having to enter the last four digits of my Social Security number every time I log in, even when my password is saved on my personal device. There are many different ways to get to the same item for various tasks/documents in the system. However, for items such as the offer letter, the only way to review it is from the candidate page. This should also flow through to the employee’s documents. The system has many helpful features, although some of the more advanced functions can take time to learn and navigate. The easy flow of it and customization. The new interface from the update this past month was amazing! I like that we can now customize what widgets you often use more and make them easily accessible. I think my favorite thing is the look and ease of viewing each "form". The screen isn't too messy and/or bunches together. I have worked with other platforms and Paycom is by far, the easiest on the eyes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Somethings are hard to find. For instance, if I need to update forms - I have a hard time remembering where they are because things are labeled "off" to me. The service is top notch and nuanced, I know I'm not getting a generic answer. I couldn't ask for a better transition team than who I have in Sebastian and Colleen. They have kept me on track while being understanding of how tightly packed my schedule has been. Implementations are always scary and I could not be more pleased with my experience. I really like how easy it was for me to adapt to the system, even after 25 years in the HR field and coming from an older generation that’s used to paper and file drawers. It’s incredibly convenient to have everything right at my fingertips, and it has been a real time-saver. After five years of using Paycom, I feel like I’ve reduced the time I spend on personnel functions by about 50%, which has made my day-to-day work much more efficient. I greatly enjoy Paycom and all of its functions and capabilities to keep track of our employees' time and attendance. Beti is a great tool that Paycom provides to make employees more accountable. I love that Paycom makes new employee onboarding an easy process, including new hire documents, acknowledgements, policies, tax forms, and direct deposit info. I find the configuration of salary-based deductibles for health insurance could be improved. If Paycom could automatically calculate the deductible from the employee's salary instead of us having to manually calculate it and then enter the result, it would be much better.
