I didn't fully appreciate the scope of what Paycom can do and how useful it was until I was on the other side of the equation. While our specialist is usually very on top of getting questions answered and problems addressed, I wish there was a quicker way to provide product feedback and suggestions that didn't require email correspondence. It encompasses pretty much everything I need as a DSP owner in one place. Obviously the payroll services are critical, but integrated scheduling and performance management all in one place that lives with that employees file even after they have transitioned away from the team is a real differentiator. Government Compliance- Leave of Absence. Automated timecard functionality. When leave is entered here, you still have to manually send it to the time card. And it can't be sent in advance. Hm, I don't really have many. If anything, I don't like that Paycom is trying to use my location 24/7 since I have it downloaded to my phone. I feel as if apps are really starting to gather way too much data and access to the users when it's not necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can view all my financial information including payroll data, time off balances, payroll deductions, and benefits received. I can see where I need to make changes easily and don't have to wait for answers or for office personnel. My only challenge has been learning how to do things painlessly.
