The marketplace is great and the whole process is really easy to get on board with. It constantly adds new and better companies and that helps me keep my promotions fresh for my audience. I really like the fact that you can choose to work with a lot of companies that are really great. Most of the companies do offer a lot of marketing material and that is really great to use in articles and pages. The ability to create a custom link also helps a lot because some time I do not like for the affiliate link to show my name, so it has come in handy at times. It took some thought but I found one. Some companies do not have a lot of marketing material. Maybe some more control over that would be great! Also, even though the newsletter is great, I would love some more tips on affiliate marketing in general and some more specifics on how to use the links more effectivelly! Maybe some videos on that subjects also? It took me some time to find something to improve as I am truly very satisfied in working with Partnerstack these past years! We haven't fully implemented and launched PartnerStack yet, but we've been very happy with everything so far! The internal team has been great to work with and is very attentive, which we heard from referrals as well. PartnerStack offers an easy-to-use platform with incredible insights into our affiliate program. We can easily manage our affiliates, communicate via messaging, and report on performance all from within the platform. Challenges and the marketplace are massive assets to have also to help grow your program at an incredible pace. Having the resource centre has reduced our previous need for emailing out assets to affiliates, everything is now in a central location for them to access at any time.

There is very little to dislike about the software. I definitely think having more options for triggering emails would be at the forefront of my requests. An example would be once a manager is set for the affiliate that an email would be sent to inform them of who that person is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the ease of use of our new platform and how quickly PartnerStack allows you to get going to start generating revenue, its great to immediately start seeing some ROI. As any platform, it's only as valuable as the information stored. I'd like Hawke to be more diligent in keeping it updated so I can see progress with my introductions. Their product helps our partnership administration and management run on autopilot. They continue to find new ways to grow their offering in line with our business and have been very supportive when "bumps" appear in the road. With all products, especially new products there are technical difficulties. Their API is strong, but shorter-term connections through third party automation tools lack the ability to make a proof of concept viable. The platform is very well designed and easy to use. Checking my results, switching between programs and withdrawing funds are all fast and smooth processes.
