PartnerStack is a useful tool for managing our growing partner program. I like the ability to communicate with partners through the email functionality and the ease with which I can post announcements and challenges. If I had to list any downsides of PartnerStack, it's the fact that we have to lean on our partners to add their team members in order to communicate with them. I'd also like to be able to label contacts by persona and then have the functionality available to email by persona from the platform since our company doesn't use Hubspot for marketing.
