We have found that the additional documentation provided via PartnerStack by our opted in platforms has been very helpful in supporting both our sales and media teams. Setting up our PartnerStack account and adding new referred clients is easy and we've seen a good return which helps us offset some administrative charges to our clients. **What do you dislike about PartnerStack?** The dashboard is very basic. I would like to be able to view quarterly spend/referral earnings per client. **What problems is PartnerStack solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously we had challenges on admin charges for setting up platforms that clients could 'set up themselves'. We'd waived the fee, the client would delay set up or set up the account incorrectly and then we'd be brought in to correct it when we could have already been on to the next phase of the project. Now we can use a portion of the Referral Credit earned through PartnerStack to save our client an admin charge and add efficiency to their setup. ### 2. I have an account on Partnerstack, many of my agency partners are already onboarded on Partnerstack so once it's set up it simply notifies when I have a payout to process, I log in, press send payment and it goes directly to my paypal. No more trying to figure out who owes me what, it's passive income for consultants. **What do you dislike about PartnerStack?** I would appreciate an automatic payment send without me having to process manually, the email notification is great but it would be fabulous if the payment itself would be on its way automatically. **What problems is PartnerStack solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a consultant you have your preferred vendors that you recommend and some offer revenue share programs, this is the purpose for partnerstack. it's an all in one solution for consultants and tech vendors. ### 3. I also have found the hubspot integration to be very useful, with only minor bugs. MOSTLY - I love how responsive the support staff is. I rely on them a lot and I know I can trust them to answer my questions in a timely manner. **What do you dislike about PartnerStack?** I wish I could see when a partner has been paid vs when they have withdrawn the rewards. I also wish I had the ability to export information based on a partner or team, I think the analytics tab is great, but I wish I could drill down to more specific searches. I do a lot of "merging" or combining two accounts, I wish this was something I could do on my own, but I have to get support involved every time to help change a partner key or update an email address. First, integrating with them is easy because they have a step-by-step onboarding process that includes tasks for you to do that familiarize you with the platform fast. Once you are in, your CSM is there to guide you throughout the rest of the process. If that isn't enough, I've had many of their team members reach out and ask if they can help. I've joined multiple webinars that have also been beyond helpful. The support is the best, but you are also on a platform built for B2B relationships. The features make engaging with the types of partners B2B relationships bring easier. You can create multiple partner programs with specific applications, rules, and payouts. It's even easy to utilize to track internal referrals, friends, or just about any partner-type program you can dream of. **What do you dislike about PartnerStack?** I'm still fumbling through reporting, but it's an operator error. I wish there were a way to download reports without having so many in one download. Most of the information I receive is not necessary. The system appears pretty scaleable, but is simple enough to setup and use that it doesn't feel like overkill if you only have a small or newly budding partner program. There are a lot of great extended features when you're ready for them. **What do you dislike about PartnerStack?** Sometimes our partners are upset that there are not more payout provider options other than Stripe/Paypal. They really go the extra mile to support affiliates using their system and make sure you have access to all the resources you need to be successful in affiliate marketing. Another great benefit is that payments are processed through PayPal - this speeds up payment times significantly while incurring lower fees compared to other services out there.
