PartnerStack is a refreshing upgrade to the existing partner technology landscape. We're using the platform to power agency referrals and affiliates - it's a one-stop solution for all of our administrative needs (payouts, tracking, fraud, compliance etc.), partner onboarding, and partner activation. With the Recurly integration, there's no dispute in earnings attribution, and the Salesforce integration is ideal for lead/deal submissions. PartnerStack is the engine that's powering a valuable growth segment for us. Their leadership team was an invaluable resource in laying foundational strategy, while their customer success team is 10/10 helpful, generous, and effective with their service. The communication tools (messaging, emails) are still in their early days, an LMS would be nice, and there analytics leave some room to be desired. The team has openly taken all of my feedback and I expect there to be upgrades very soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the interface--especially the graphs that help me track Referrals/Clicks. The Rewards tab is also very helpful in tracking what I have earned and what pending funds I can expect in the coming months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like that there is a required minimum amount of money before I can transfer my funds to my PayPal. As I stated above, I do like the graphs which helps me track Referrals/Clicks, however they can be glitchy at times and not show up. This could be a problem with my web browser (I use Chrome). PartnerStack is a tremendous platform for us. It's driven significant revenue to our agency, and made adding passive revenue streams a breeze. In a year, our revenue from it has grown from zero to a significant line item on the P&L – with basically no effort on our part. The UI is friendly, and their team is beyond responsive.

They've really streamlined the process of joining and actively participating in software referral programs. We've done them in the past, but it was a mishmash of technology, and communication was all over the place. With PartnerStack, we're able to work with multiple software partners at once, with everything – messaging, reporting, analytics and payouts - centralized in one area. Reporting will occasionally break down, and some terminology in the UI is a bit confusing. (I still don't know the difference between a customer being created and a customer signing up.)
