What do you like best about PartnerStack?

PartnerStack is a refreshing upgrade to the existing partner technology landscape. We're using the platform to power agency referrals and affiliates - it's a one-stop solution for all of our administrative needs (payouts, tracking, fraud, compliance etc.), partner onboarding, and partner activation. With the Recurly integration, there's no dispute in earnings attribution, and the Salesforce integration is ideal for lead/deal submissions. PartnerStack is the engine that's powering a valuable growth segment for us. Their leadership team was an invaluable resource in laying foundational strategy, while their customer success team is 10/10 helpful, generous, and effective with their service. What do you dislike about PartnerStack?

The communication tools (messaging, emails) are still in their early days, an LMS would be nice, and there analytics leave some room to be desired. The team has openly taken all of my feedback and I expect there to be upgrades very soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PartnerStack?

I like how all interactions with partners and sales history are all easily available in the partner website. Everything is very transparent. The information on sales is very useful in order to manage our efforts to promote the brand partner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing I dislike. Perhaps they could implement a mobile app. But since the website is very responsive using a mobile phone this is not a problem since a simple link saved to the phone initial screen will do the trick. . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PartnerStack?

I like the interface--especially the graphs that help me track Referrals/Clicks. The Rewards tab is also very helpful in tracking what I have earned and what pending funds I can expect in the coming months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PartnerStack?

I don't like that there is a required minimum amount of money before I can transfer my funds to my PayPal. As I stated above, I do like the graphs which helps me track Referrals/Clicks, however they can be glitchy at times and not show up. This could be a problem with my web browser (I use Chrome).
