I joined PartnerStack at the end of March 2026 as an affiliate partner in the ElevenLabs program, which I came across through their VS Code extension. I'm a software engineer rather than a full-time affiliate marketer, so my usage is narrow but steady: I share the tool with other developers and use PartnerStack to see whether any of it turns into anything. My first tracked transaction came through on 7 April 2026, and I've been referring people through it since. What I like best is the Performance tab and its "view performance by" switch. The same set of numbers breaks down by conversion, by individual link, by referrer domain, by Sub ID and by geo-location. Since my traffic arrives from a few very different places, that breakdown is the difference between knowing which channel works and guessing. Stats refresh hourly, and that matches what I see in practice. The activity feed on the Summary page is the piece that made me trust the platform. It lists the chain as separate readable events: customer created, then transaction created, then commission earned, each with real figures attached. My first one reads as a $5.53 purchase followed by a $1.22 commission under the offer named "Earn 22% on every customer transaction for the first 12 months", so I can do the arithmetic myself and confirm that 22% really is 22%. Whenever my balance moves I can see precisely which event moved it and under which terms. Six referred customers so far, and each appears individually rather than being rolled into a single counter. The layout is identical across every program, which matters more than it sounds. Account level gives you Home, Commissions, Reporting and Discover Partnerships. Program level gives you Summary, Performance, Links, Customers, Resources, Messages and Program settings. Join a second program and you already know where everything lives. The Resources library for my program is a real asset library rather than a token folder of banners. Product guide PDFs with SEO notes and swipe copy for each ElevenLabs product line, brand and logo guidelines, nine folders of promotional images, video and audio, plus a link to recorded affiliate training sessions. Every item shows a download count, so you can tell which assets other partners actually use. The product guides were refreshed in May 2026, so somebody is maintaining it. Practical details I appreciate: referral links use the vendor's own short domain (try.elevenlabs.io/…) instead of a generic tracker URL, which helps click-through; help links sit inline next to whatever they explain rather than in a separate help centre; and commission terms are published in the marketplace before you apply, so I knew the rate and the twelve month duration before signing anything. Over four months it has accumulated my clicks, referrer domains, geo split, conversion rate and six referred customers, and it has never turned any of that into an observation. Nothing along the lines of "this referrer domain converts far better than your others" or "partners like you get more out of this asset". The Recommended and Trending rows in the marketplace look the same regardless of what I've done, so they're shelves rather than recommendations. Given how much cross-partner data the platform sits on, this is the biggest gap. Money is split across two views that disagree at a glance. The Commissions tab shows an empty table while the Withdrawals page shows projected earnings for the current month. Both are correct, they just answer different questions, and the first time I saw them differ I assumed something had broken. Referred customers appear as hashed identifiers rather than anything human. I'd rather have that than the alternative for privacy reasons, but it does mean you cannot tie a specific customer back to the specific thing you published. Referrer domain is as close as it gets. There's a blind spot between signup and money. Clicks and signups appear quickly, but a commission only exists once the vendor reports the transaction, and nothing shows how long a signup has been sitting without one. A referral from April with no transaction looks identical to one from last week. Some form of ageing status would fix that. Withdrawals are gated behind a tax-registered location, which is fair, but the banner states the requirement without saying what verification involves or how long it takes. I'm based in Poland, so there's an FX conversion in play as well, and the exchange rate appears as a caveat rather than an estimate. What problems is PartnerStack solving and how is that benefiting you? I recommend developer tools to colleagues regardless. PartnerStack turns that into something measurable instead of goodwill that vanishes into somebody else's funnel, without me having to build or blindly trust any tracking of my own. Attribution I can audit. One link produces four distinct recorded events: the click, the signup, the transaction and the commission. On 7 April 2026 someone I'd referred spent $5.53, and the dashboard showed the purchase, the offer it matched and the $1.22 commission that came out of it, all in a single row. Small money, but that's rather the point: even at that size the trail is complete and I didn't have to email anyone to ask what had happened. I stopped having to trust a number and started being able to check it. Everything in one account. Programs land in the same dashboard with the same tabs, one pooled commission balance and one payout configuration. The alternative is a separate account per vendor, each with its own login, its own report format and its own minimum payout. That consolidation is the real time saving, and it's why I'd rather a vendor used PartnerStack than built an affiliate portal in-house. Commissions across programs pool into a single balance, withdrawal goes to direct deposit, PayPal or Stripe, and the processing fee is shown before you commit rather than discovered afterwards. On ROI: it costs partners nothing, so the real question is time. Setup was a referral link plus a profile form, no installation and no integration work, and since March it's been something I check rather than something I maintain. The marketplace also handles discovery, with rates and durations listed next to each program, so I can judge whether one is worth applying for before applying. What do you dislike about PartnerStack? The £2.00 processing fee effectively makes the first referral payment into the account worthless, as this is the majority of most first affiliate payments. So be aware that if you are expecting to withdraw your first payment immediately, you may be disappointed and need to wait for a second or third month's fee to arrive. Whilst I understand that PartnerStack has to take a cut of the referral fee to run their business, it would be easier to recommend this platform to others if the initial withdrawal cost was reduced. This means that while the performance of the affiliate programme is reliable, and I can see my earnings and income streams instantly, it is a slower process to feel that I have actually made a sufficient income through any of my programmes. The information I sent has not been replied to even after 7-10 days, until I had to email the program's customer service. 2) Regarding commissions, after I successfully referred someone, the commissions list was still not updated for a long time until I emailed the program's customer service to inquire. Do I have to contact the program's customer service every time? Clear, transparent communication with vendors is also possible thanks to access to messaging, assets, news, learning materials, stats, and earnings reports. The platform also features smart AI-driven intelligence that recommends highly relevant new programs to join based on my profile and performance. Support has been great - very responsive and helpful whenever I run into trouble, whether it’s with the platform itself or with vendors. On top of that, the initial setup was very easy.
