The information I sent has not been replied to even after 7-10 days, until I had to email the program's customer service. 2) Regarding commissions, after I successfully referred someone, the commissions list was still not updated for a long time until I emailed the program's customer service to inquire. Do I have to contact the program's customer service every time?
