I hear promises about getting this or that, but there's no clarity on the main advantages, especially for a small startup like mine. I wish they'd give me three main highlights of what they offer instead of vague promises for the future. **What problems is PartnerStack solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm not really sure PartnerStack solves any specific problem for me. ### 2. It helps us handle partner payout and has a decent HubSpot integration. **What do you dislike about PartnerStack?** A frustratingly limited product run by a team that’s slow to understand user needs. We’ve been patient, but the lack of essential features and the delayed response to feedback make it hard to justify staying onboard. I also like how you can put content - but it's difficult to track a book a demo link with a partner affiliate link. **What do you dislike about PartnerStack?** For agency partners who don't want their reps to have access to the payouts and things like that - there aren't user roles that limit permissions. It's also not easy to use for company's that have partnership teams set up by region. There isn't a good way to filter/group partners by certain buckets or make reports on partners. **What problems is PartnerStack solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's helping to keep track of our partners opportunities. ### 11. I also have found the hubspot integration to be very useful, with only minor bugs. MOSTLY - I love how responsive the support staff is. I rely on them a lot and I know I can trust them to answer my questions in a timely manner. **What do you dislike about PartnerStack?** I wish I could see when a partner has been paid vs when they have withdrawn the rewards. I also wish I had the ability to export information based on a partner or team, I think the analytics tab is great, but I wish I could drill down to more specific searches. I do a lot of "merging" or combining two accounts, I wish this was something I could do on my own, but I have to get support involved every time to help change a partner key or update an email address. It would also be helpful if it were possible to transfer rewards from one account to another (especially when they are the same person) without losing historical information. **What problems is PartnerStack solving and how is that benefiting you?** PartnerStack manages all of our partner's referral rewards automatically and keeps a clear record of what has been rewarded, when, and to whom under any given referral. ### 12. It does what we need it to in terms of partner management and revenue reporting. **What do you dislike about PartnerStack?** Campaigns aren't very customizable, we can't have different senders or set the email sender as the partner manager for automatic communication. We've had to create a few workarounds for our platform integrations (Hubspot and custom solution). **What problems is PartnerStack solving and how is that benefiting you?** Great for managing our partners and allowing them to log into a platform to view their progress/rewards. ### 13. Be it an export or a trigger, even minimal tasks take too long. In a fast-paced industry like SaaS we need quick response time, especially when dealing with partners with low engagement. The team is very responsive to questions. **What do you dislike about PartnerStack?** The platform has a ton of quirks and usability challenges. The fact that there's no concept of "teams" or multiple people from one organization being able to be on an account makes it restrictive for bigger partners. Really, it's better for affiliates or one-person shops. **What problems is PartnerStack solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were trying to grow and scale multiple partner programs at the same time.
