It's hard not to like PartnerStack. I love how the messages for each partner program is separated, but keeping up can get difficult. You always get a copy in your email address though, so it may not be an issue for most users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PartnerStacks is unique and very easy to use; It has partners that I haven't seen before in other popular affiliate sites.

Challenges & Rewards:

I would say this is one of my favorites.

Making videos to promote partners has being a very challenging and fun way to promote, forcing me to learn how to make videos and uploading them to Youtube, and at the same time, helping me to explore new advertising opportunities with social media.

Easy Paypal Integration:

Adding my Paypal account as a payment method was very easy.

Reports:

As a downside, I could say, maybe, the stat reports. I wish the reports were more detailed.

Custom Referral Links:

I would like PartnerStack to hide the user's name information on the links (while redirecting) and use random letters and numbers instead.

Privacy at least for me is very important.

Marketplace:

Applying to a partner should be easier and just 1 click, without opening a new tab to apply. Just the fact that you are an active member of PartnerStack should be enough for partners to accept your request. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think PartnerStack is a very easy to use tool for setting up & running your partners program. It is very easy to set up your affiliate program on this platform/tool. The biggest advantage is that it takes away all the hard work of tracking and paying out the affiliate rewards. It allows for a good amount of customization - which essentially enables you to fit in any specific rule that you have in place. In fact, if you are new to affiliate marketing, it will help you think & finetune your affiliate marketing program by taking you through a step by step process while you are setting it up. It is so simple that you can entirely focus all your efforts on growing your affiliate program and reaching six-figures or any target that you have for your program. There are no hard stoppers in using PartnerStack as I see. But there will always be a few niggles here and there. Like the UI could have been better. A couple of times I felt that the navigation was a bit confusing. But overall these are non-issues to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I consider that should be other options of payout that is not PayPal and Stripe, there should be bank transfer for US clients and EMEA clients and not rely on Paypal or Stripe to collect the funds. Quick and easy affiliate payouts will save our team hours each week. We are now able to automate payouts that integrate with our billing system. There are endless opportunities to engage our current affiliates and expand our reach via the marketplace. We are loving the intuitive dashboard and custom links that are generated at the click of a button.

We have no complaints so far! We have had one or two requests that have required a manual workaround, but the PartnerStack team has been very responsive to the feedback we have provided. If I'm being 'nit-picky' having more robust reporting and metrics would be useful, however, we are able to integrate with our current reporting platform, making this a non-issue at the moment. I like the fact that I can hit refresh and my dashboard is so easy to read. My activity shows the sales I do in REAL TIME which not many affiliate programs offer. There is so much data available like who are my best purchasers, when my orders are shipped and what my total commissions are. I love all the insights on the individual purchasers. The withdrawal of funds process is also very simple. It lets me know when my funds are available and with a click of the button I can put it right into my PayPal account. I only use this for one company, PURA, but I would not mind searching for more brands to represent within this platform. I happen to like everything. The only issue I had and it wasn't even really an issue was when I tried to change my PayPal account linked, it made me create an entire new profile. It really wasn't a big deal but it did get me a little frustrated since I had to sign back into everything. Besides that one little issue, there really is nothing else to complain about.
