I can also clear duplicates exceptions. **What do you dislike about PairSoft?** The speed of how fast my branch is filtered from other branches. If I am in my exceptions and would like to go to my branch Enter Match Flow, it can take quite some time. **What problems is PairSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to inquire about missing items that AP has that I have yet to receive sometimes due to backorder or misplacement. ### 2. I think it is easy to use. **What problems is PairSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have improved AP. We have payables scanned into GP. PaperSave send the purchaser an email to approve the invoice and then the invoice is paid. **Official Response from Holly Condon:** > Good news! We have the functionality today for you to review/print all payables that you have approved. Starting with PaperSave 6, Service Pack 3, PaperSave has had a reporting module. This reporting module comes with an out of the box report called “Workflow Items I Have Reviewed”. This report allows you to see all the items that you have reviewed/approved in PaperSave workflow with the ability to view the item and print it. I like the taskbar- visual, easy and self explanatory. **What do you dislike about PairSoft?** I don't like that I can't attach documents directly into my Finance System (The Financial Edge). And that when I go to open a documents it's tough to navigate/read the thumbnail attachments. **What problems is PairSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** Much better document storage and finding supporting documentation at the easy of a keyboard. **Official Response from Holly Condon:** > One of PaperSave for Financial Edge’s basic features is the ability to add documents to PaperSave directly associated to a Financial Edge record. You may not have the rights to do so. Please check with your PaperSave administrator to understand why you may not have this right. If they have issues adding this right for you then please have them contact PaperSave Support to help through how to adjust security configurations. PaperSave 7 which will be available in mid to late 2019 comes with a revamped and completely re-imagined browser-based document content display. You can scroll through documents using your mouse wheel or your finger (on touch enabled devices). You can page through documents through the thumbnail panel, or simply by using the page up/down keys on your keyboard. You can also view more than one page side by side. Finally zooming is performed through a simple slider on the bottom right of the viewer or can be done by using pinch and expand gestures on touch enabled devices. The support is exceptional as well. **What do you dislike about PairSoft?** Overall everything works well, but from time to time we do have issues with connecting to our main application. That is where support really shines though. **What problems is PairSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** Minimize paper documentation and allow easy access to scanned documents via papersave integration with our main accounting application. ### 5. LIFE CHANGING! **What do you dislike about PairSoft?** We had difficulty setting the program up and getting everything to work properly with the scanner. Though I imagine that this has improved over the years. **Recommendations to others considering PairSoft:** If one is a Raiser's Edge user this is really the only tool out there. There is a free product made my Omatic Software called Magic Folder which is fine for very small shops with not much documentation to attach. **What problems is PairSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** No more hunting around for mis-filed paperwork! It has cut down on paper storage, human error and has increase efficiency. ### 15.
