I like the system overall, it's very user-friendly and easy to figure out for a new user. I like how it incorporates with our other system that we use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about PairSoft? Almost every day I am having some sort of error popping up and we have to submit a ticket to get it sorted out. Some times after doing some googling, we are able to find other people who have had the same errors and are able to fix it. Its very frustrating when you get behind because then i fall far behind on my scanning and it takes days to catch up. And it takes the company awhile to to get back to us with the tickets. Recommendations to others considering PairSoft: Because of the other system we are using, we didn't have many alternatives when looking for a compatible system; I feel like we were promised a lot more than what we are receiving.
