I need the transcript to actually be clear enough to use later, fireflies has worked best for us
still misses bits in fast conversations, but overall the most usable

We’ve used a mix of Otter and Fireflies, and the biggest difference was usability afterward. Otter is great for live transcription and quick reference, but Fireflies became more useful once we started using transcripts for follow-ups and CRM notes.

On the summary vs word-for-word question, we’ve found that both of them are useful. Raw transcripts are good for reference, but summaries are what we actually use day to day as a team.
