**What do you like best about Noota?**

I really appreciate the ease of installation of Noota, which makes its setup simple and quick. This allows me to focus more on my important tasks right from the start, without wasting time on complicated configurations. I particularly like the note-taking feature, which is exceptional for saving time in my daily work. It simplifies the process of capturing essential information without interrupting the workflow. Additionally, I appreciate that Noota integrates well with other software like Zoom, which further enhances my user experience by ensuring continuity between different tools. The price of Noota is also an asset that would encourage me to purchase it again, as it seems well justified compared to the services provided. **What do you like best about Noota?**

I appreciate that Noota serves as an excellent alternative to Otter.ai, especially after the latter restricted our access, making it a more expensive option.   I like that Noota is based in the EU, which offers me confidence in terms of privacy.   Setting up Noota was straightforward, and even though I encountered some issues with tagging recordings initially, updates were made to address this, making management of recordings easier.  I am pleased with the ability to quickly access summaries of meetings through AI-generated summaries, which act as a useful resource. The option to transcribe audio or video recordings is highly beneficial, and the ability to keyword search through these transcriptions is particularly helpful.  I also value the seamless nature of Noota, which allows me to easily find and extract information from transcriptions, similar to other academic research tools.  Additionally, I appreciate the feature where I can research content and get transcriptions quickly. Noota provides me with a reflective understanding in a single platform, which I find quite nice.   Another aspect I really like is the generous minutes offered in my plan. I never run out, unlike with Otter, which had both daily and monthly limits that often fell short. I'm delighted to have a service like Noota, which has maintained its offerings reliably, unlike my past experience with Otter.

**What do you dislike about Noota?**

I haven’t been able to explore integration options with Noota as much as I would like, due to lack of awareness of any APIs or direct integration capabilities.

**What do you like best about Noota?**

I greatly appreciate the ease of use of Noota, which allows me to generate intelligent meeting summaries. The transition to using Noota was simple, and even during the free trials, I noticed the richness of the features offered, even before the introduction of calls and other formats. I am particularly impressed by the intuitive nature of the interface, which saves me from looking elsewhere, and I find the prices reasonable, with quality improving day by day, which is really great. Noota saves me a considerable amount of time and acts as an effective memory for my appointments, helping me to revisit certain meetings and become aware of messages I might have missed. It has also allowed me to realize the importance of listening more to my interlocutors, thus improving my meeting management. Noota's ability to integrate with my calendar, the possibility to invite Noota to participate even after a meeting has started, and to hold phone meetings are extremely useful. I also like that I can export video clips to focus on specific points of meetings and share them even with those who are not subscribed to Noota. Additionally, I can use Noota to export written summaries in Word and transfer communications to other platforms, which further enriches my experience.

I encounter limitations with Noota, particularly the absence of a mobile version, which complicates its use while on the move. Additionally, it seems that some initial features were limited, such as call support and various formats. This could have restricted the tool's usefulness until the significant improvement of its capabilities.

**What do you like best about Noota?**

I love the ease of use of Noota. As a coach, it allows me to stay 100% focused on my appointments without having to worry about taking notes on the side. It's a huge time saver because I can easily create my reports and deliverables afterwards, making each appointment much more constructive. Moreover, I like the fact that Noota allows for meetings both in person and remotely. The recording function, which I mainly use for physical or remote meetings, is excellent. I also find the price of twenty-nine euros per month as a freelancer very reasonable compared to the time saved by avoiding manual note-taking and transcription. This makes the tool extremely comprehensive and interesting. The initial setup of Noota was remarkably easy, allowing for quick and hassle-free adoption in my professional activities. Furthermore, I have already recommended Noota to two other colleagues, who also use it for note-taking during meetings, and I would give it a rating of 10 out of 10 for recommendation.

I find it unfortunate that in the free version of Noota, it is not possible to directly download the transcription of notes. This feature is reserved for the paid version. For my reports, having to use other methods to integrate specific structures before meetings, rather than the pre-defined reports by Noota, somewhat limits my ability to customize the documents according to my specific needs.

**What do you like best about Noota?**

I have been using Noota for a year and a half to transcribe my client meetings, which allows me to listen to my clients 100% without needing to take notes during meetings. I discovered Noota through a post on LinkedIn and after testing several transcription tools, I found that Noota offered the best results, which convinced me to adopt it. The setup of Noota is incredibly simple and fast, allowing it to be used just two minutes after creating an account. I particularly appreciate the excellent quality of Noota's transcriptions and its comprehensive transcription and summary features that make it easy to find specific points in discussions. Moreover, I like Noota's bot that can integrate directly into my video conferences, making its use seamless and providing immediate access to transcription results. I have already recommended Noota multiple times.

I find it frustrating not to have the option to purchase additional minute credits. I sometimes reach the upper limit of my current plan, and the next plan up is disproportionate to my needs. Being able to buy additional credits would allow for more flexibility.

I love using Noota for its exceptional ability to capture and transcribe meeting discussions efficiently. Even during in-person meetings, the ability to generate accurate minutes with just an audio recording is a major asset. I have been using Noota for 3 to 4 years and I use it as a base to create a personal database, functioning as a second brain for me. It helps me centralize my personal notes, work, and references, instead of having files scattered everywhere. I like that by using it, I have ease in storing and accessing my frequent traveler programs, which gives me quick access to the information I need to have on hand. The various integrations available, especially those with artificial intelligence capabilities, make using Noota much more attractive and simple. I found many of its features useful, such as the ability to insert different headers, images, PDFs, and the new artificial intelligence theme which I find very interesting. The integrations that Noota has with other platforms are quite effective; I can make my queries on the AI cloud platform directly with my notes, which allows me to do my work and daily queries more effectively. Additionally, I appreciate the different types of licenses it offers, including a basic free option that can work for everyone. The continuous integrations and development in AI capabilities make it more attractive every day. The possibility of connectivity between notes, similar to other platforms like Heptabase or Obsidian, also appeals to me a lot.

**What do you like best about Noota?**

I love using Noota for recording meetings and business analysis because the initial setup was very simple without any complexity. I appreciate its advanced search engine, especially for French, which surpasses other solutions I had considered like tldv. Noota allows me to revisit calls several months later thanks to its excellent transcript extraction and analysis system in relation to our playbook. The ability to search globally across all calls is particularly impressive and useful. These features, like call transcription and the search bar, make the process of analyzing business calls much more efficient and allow me to mark key moments and easily extract clips. The fact that it works well with software such as Odoo, Google Meet, Aircall, and Voice Memos makes it even more convenient in my daily workflow. I am so satisfied with Noota that I hope they continue on this path because I am still a customer, and I recommend it 10 out of 10.

I really appreciate Noota for its very simple setup process that allowed me to get started quickly without difficulty. Using Noota to record meetings gives me a significant advantage: I can fully focus on my exchange with the client without worrying about taking notes, which makes my interactions smoother. I love being able to linger on listening and questioning, which improves the fluidity of my exchanges. The recording and detailed summary features are particularly useful, as they allow capturing the valuable moments of meetings for in-depth analysis later. It's highly beneficial, especially in situations where a note-taker can't be physically present, addressing a primary challenge I faced. While the price point is slightly higher, the comprehensive call recording feature without needing a note-taker in the room sets it apart in the market. Overall, I think it's a great product and am thoroughly impressed with these aspects.

This allows me to quickly prepare for upcoming meetings by reviewing the latest summaries. Features like the ability to select what you want to share and to upload video or audio recordings to get a transcript or summary are incredibly useful and even rare. Moreover, Noota integrates perfectly with tools like Zoom and Google Meet, which optimizes my workflow. I am overall very satisfied with Noota and find it really useful for my coaching activity, especially thanks to its clear summaries of actions to be taken. This satisfaction is indeed what would lead me to purchase the product again.

I have been using Noota for 4-5 months as an independent recruiter, and it greatly helps me record my interview reports. I discovered Noota through a network of independent recruiters where another recruiter recommended this great tool to me. I found that Noota often stood out as the most advanced during my research on different providers. The installation was very easy thanks to the many resources available on the site, and the interface is both user-friendly and intuitive. Thanks to Noota, I can focus more on my discussions and my interlocutors during calls, without being distracted by note-taking, which helps me not to miss crucial information. I can also listen to the calls again to ensure I haven't missed anything. The features I appreciate the most include the ability to automatically generate interview reports, the use of artificial intelligence for analysis, the customization of formats, as well as the recommendations for actions to take following the calls. I am particularly impressed by Noota's ability to facilitate smoother communication and significantly improve my concentration and efficiency during interviews.

I find it impractical not to be able to record incoming calls outside of the Noota app, even though it seems a solution is being developed for this issue. Thanks to its direct integration with my Google calendar, I can improve my focus on discussions because I no longer have to worry about taking notes. I can now pay close attention to changes in posture, gestures, and looks, which is crucial especially during discussions with prospects. The default template is excellent and allows me to easily check who spoke and what we discussed. I appreciate the ease of use of Noota, its efficient ergonomics, and its integrated tools that perfectly meet my needs. I greatly appreciate Noota for its simplicity and intuitiveness during installation and daily use. The integrated AI tools were recommended to me by an acquaintance, and I was not disappointed because other providers I encountered later did not manage to convince me. Noota makes managing my professional appointments easier, and taking notes during meetings becomes a breeze, while also helping with reporting and action follow-up. The ability to manage an interview and send an email to the headhunter and the candidate with a single click is extremely efficient. Moreover, I find the function allowing script changes in post-production very useful, as well as the recording capability, which significantly enriches my workflow. On a scale of 1 to 10, Noota deserves a 10, as it is a service I haven't found better elsewhere, especially with the integration of solutions like Office 365.

The different report formats adapted to the context are relevant. Information "out of context" shared during the meeting, such as jokes or personal references, is excluded from the report. I can set the delayed (but automatic) arrival of Noota in the meeting (practical to allow the assembly to exchange informally in the first few minutes.)

I would prefer that his avatar be less bulky in Teams.

The report is almost always shareable without needing revision, saving me time to share a report and to memorize the key points of a meeting in my project management tool. For the development of more complex deliverables, I use transcription and recording to revisit specific points. I can go over the passages and keep a verbatim to include in my reports. I ask Noota questions, which retrieves the transcript that addresses this topic, for example.

I love the reports that I find well-constructed. I also appreciate the automatic connection to my meetings. The ability to quickly find the specific parts of the meeting with text and video. The big advantage for now is being able to use it for a full meeting with the free version.

I couldn't test all the features because it's the free version. I would like to upgrade to the pro version, but the cost is too high at the moment (I work in the non-profit sector).
