"Mass Pay and Vendor Onboarding Make Global Payments Effortless"
What do you like best about MHC Software?

I liked the fact that the mass pay feature made it possible for me to send payments to hundreds of different vendors in multiple currencies across the globe as opposed to having to log-in to each individual bank portal or type ACH information for each vendor individually. I am now finally able to catch-up on the paperwork and while I was doing it, I was also impressed with how well the vendor on-boarding worked. The vendors were able to input their own banking information and tax documentation so that we did not have to chase them for those items or verify TIN numbers ourselves. What do you dislike about MHC Software?

The NetSuite Sync has some reliability issues; If a purchase order is changed after an invoice has been matched to it, you may get posting errors that require manual clean-up and it is frustrating because the whole idea of using this system is to avoid manual data entry. Also, if you are creating a payment batch and something interrupts it in the middle, the entire batch will be deleted and you'll have to recreate it again from scratch, there is no "save-draft" option, which should not be an issue. What do you like best about MHC Software?

I like MHC Software since it enhances uniformity in the operations and saves the HR administrative workload. Automating payroll, assignment of shifts, and compliance are also time saving to the team. Combining it with time clocks and accounting systems will provide the right records. What do you dislike about MHC Software?

The only thing I do not like is that reporting and customization options are not as flexible as we desire in terms of analysing department wide trends. It required additional effort to integrate it with time tracking systems and payroll systems. Daily reliance implies that every day you will have to manually fix some issues in syncing or leave approvals. I appreciate the integrated capabilities of MHC Software, especially how it manages electronic documents and facilitates a seamless transition to a paperless environment for all employees. What do you like best about MHC Software?

The thing I like most about MHC is that it can be used in conjunction with tools that we use comfortably, primarily our ERP and document systems. I work there quite frequently, and it is indeed a blessing to have an arrangement that does not obstruct. Document routing saves me loads of manual work due to the number of features. MHC Software's biggest weakness is the fact that some of the setup procedures are more time-consuming than I would prefer, particularly when modifying more recent workflows. As we work in that system frequently, such slowdowns can slack down the processes that are expected to be faster. Some of the features are to some extent hard and it restricts our ability to deal with exceptions. I love the intelligent capabilities of MHC Software, particularly the Moxie, which excellently performs catch-up tasks and possesses an ultra-rating capability. The system is adept at extracting invoice data and accurately learns from any previous coding, which is a fantastic feature that enhances data handling processes. Additionally, the automated validation of invoices against complex spender project codes effectively resolves issues of data leakage, thus reinforcing the robustness of our cloud infrastructure. These features contribute significantly to increasing operational efficiency and reliability in our processes. Moreover, while the initial setup had a medium level of difficulty, largely because of integrating core data, the presence of a pre-built connector simplified the data integration phase, making it very easy overall. What do you like best about MHC Software?

I like the way MHC manages the movement of documents. I am in it often and therefore the uniform frequency makes it all predictable. It also integrates well with our ERP, hence no possible stagnation of issues. These features, particularly those regarding routing and automated steps, maintain a reduced workload on my side. The worst thing about this is that some of the customization features are inadequate in my case. By making regular use of it, I constantly bang on those walls when I would prefer not, and it can slow down simple readjustments. A fine implementation was used, but there are areas where additional layers seem to be required. Those gaps make the entire process slow down and introduce additional steps to my team when I am attempting to make rapid updates when it comes to workflows.
