What do you like best about MHC Software?

I deeply appreciate the operational stability of MHC Software, which feels incredibly reliable and solid as a foundation for my work processes. This stability ensures that my tasks are processed smoothly and efficiently without the need for costly manual intervention, which saves me a significant amount of time. I also value the MHC Software's ability to provide important notifications, particularly concerning document management within Webex, allowing me to maintain factual and accurate communications effortlessly. The assurance that operations are running seamlessly allows me to focus on the more critical parts of my job, reducing time previously spent on troubleshooting and fixing issues. What do you dislike about MHC Software?

I find the MHC Software's analytics ECRT interface cumbersome and not user-friendly, making it less intuitive to navigate and analyze data effectively. The system's performance lag with different code integrations also hampers smooth operations, causing delays in workflow. Moreover, I need documentation that provides clearer guidance and better system stability, as the current setup feels bloated, especially in certain sections, which can affect productivity. The initial setup process is quite complex, particularly when it comes to integrating the core AARP system and understanding the legacy data structure. What do you like best about MHC Software?

Outstanding customer service.

The new Document Express /DSS upgrade is also easy to use and effective.

Image Express functions well. Once you get these set up, the administration is fairly simple and the applications rarely malfunction. We use Infor Cloudsuite for HCM/FSM and MHC integrates pretty well with Infor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MHC Software?

I'm not sure if we have the latest and greatest, but the admin tools for Document Express and Image Express as far as setup/configuration have very outdated user interfaces and are somewhat buggy. UI design overall is fairly lacking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
