We have been using MeetRecord for several months now and it is helpful in more ways than one. The first way we use it is to watch our sales calls, like watching Game Day footage, to see how we perform and where we can shore up the process. Some of the other features we use and appreciate are the Call Scoring, Deal Health Monitor, and AI Recap/Summary of the calls.
MeetRecord has been awesome when it comes to meeting with us to work on the specifics of our calls and what we are looking for in the summaries and minute-by-minute recaps, making sure that the insight AI provides us is most useful to our team.

I was previously an Account Executive for the company I work for and transitioned to a management role for my sales team. We would historically do a quarterly recording of our sales calls that we would review as a team and everyone found it extremely helpful. However, this was a small snapshot that I wanted to expand on with a solution like MeetRecord.
With MeetRecord it allows our entire company to learn more about the problems our customers face. Whether that is leadership reviewing calls, marketing, or SDRs. What my goal is as a sales leader is to have a cohesive message about what we do and get a true understanding of the problems our solution solves.
Additionally, I hired a new account executive to my sales team. MeetRecord allowed me to expedite the onboarding process by instructing the new hire to listen to 2 sales calls a day and email me what she learned from those calls. This was a great way to get someone up to speed in a fast amount of time.
The implimentation tooks minutes and the price point of this solution made the most sense for my smallers sales team. This is also not a solution where you sign a contract and then try and figure out the platform yourself. Paras and Sachin from the MeetRecord team have been incredible to work with and came with a set training plan for me and my team to most effectively use MeetRecord for our specific use case. I think for me the only issues is easily tracking key words of competitors and the calls that I grade/score. The team is very open to feedback and they have already addressed these issues that I initially faced. I couldn't be happier with this product! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The turnaround in processing time is lightning quick.
Not only this, which helps follow up and sharing with customers quicker & easier, you can also then utilise it's AI notetaker to create custom notes for your CRM, your post-meeting email and actions + it breaks down how well you've performed on the call based on your bespoke criteria...
A dream when trying to self-assess and for feedback/coaching sessions.

How easy it is to install and use. It becomes your silend assistent! it's amazing the effectiveness videos are recorded and stored and the post-meetings recap are really a game changer for orgnisazions like ours who's fully remote and has a very high quantity of meetings. Managing a remote team of Sales leaders using MeetRecord allows me to spot check each of my people's meetings with prospects / clients. I do not have the time to join every meeting with every team member. The statistics that MeetRecord shows for sales calls to rate them as a "good call" or a "bad call" on a scale of 0 to 5, seem a bit off. I've had calls that were absolutely terrible that got a good rating, and some of my best calls got a bad rating. It's not that big of a deal though as we don't use MeetRecord for this feature. Our favorite feature of MeetRecord is that the post-meeting recaps and summaries automatically appear in HubSpot. We attempted to set up the same functionality with Microsoft Teams Premium but were unsuccessful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
