What do you like best about Maestra?

Any platform features are overshadowed by communication with people. First of all, of course, I want to mention our competent and attentive manager Rinat, who will always analyze any case, from complex integration to a simple filter in segments.

Next, I will talk about interacting with the platform. I would most like to mention working with the database and segments - it's always an interesting puzzle where you can use filters to put together a custom set of contacts for the campaign you need.

Working with mailings via channels - SMS, email, WA - is generally intuitive, pleasantly interactive, and rest assured, the constant changes in the interface will keep you from getting bored :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maestra?

"Shockingly Excellent Service Gets The Most Out Of This Powerful Platform"
What do you like best about Maestra?

We have had a great experience in our first 5 months with maestra. We use it as our ESP, as well as using it for our site personalization and upsells, and promotional messaging (like countdown, progress bars, etc).

In our 5 months on the platform it's been exactly as promised, if not better. In the first couple months we got through the initial hiccups of switching ESPs, which the maestra team helped to minimize. Since then our Customer Success Lead, Julia, has helped us to build out new and smarter automations and site personalizations. We meet weekly and she helps us through absolutely everything, whether it's strategic planning, suggestions on email content, ideas for site experience, and even implementation. I've never gotten this type of service from a platform. She's instantly become a valuable partner. It's bonkers how easy she makes everything. When we have tech needs we can get in touch with their tech team directly via Slack. They respond immediately, and have even been willing to work on the platform and integrations in response to our requests.

We first found maestra while researching bundling/upselling/site personalization. We were impressed enough by their features and service model that we decided to take the big step of migrating to maestra as our ESP. I'm glad we did. Having a centralized customer data platform driving our email, site personalization and soon loyalty, is huge for us. And having access to the excellent service and partnership we get from our Customer Success Manager means that we're actually making good use of the platform and all its features. What do you dislike about Maestra?

Since they're not as big as Klaviyo or other ESPs, they don't have all the out-of-the-box integrations you might want. Maestra has been very willing to work with other apps APIs to integrate as needed, but sometimes you need to pay more to an app in order to get API access. What do you like best about Maestra?

I appreciate Maestra's capabilities as a robust database, which let us communicate across channels and brands with cohesive backend data. It's user-friendly, and the team support is really helpful — we can achieve anything we want. I like that we have support from someone who knows how to work the platform, helping us achieve intricate plans easily. I love how simple it is to create campaigns and go live. What do you like best about Maestra?

I really appreciate the white-glove service that Maestra offers. It saves us a ton of time and allows us to be as involved as we need to be. I also like that the platform is extremely customizable, covering several aspects like email, SMS, on-site personalization, CDP, marketing automation, and loyalty schemes, all in one. This helps me avoid feeling locked into a single way of doing things like I might with a larger company. What do you like best about Maestra?

I love Maestra's advanced segmentation block, which allows me to create all possible segments and calculate 'history segments' for a deeper analysis by checking segment sizes post factum. The support is also a highlight for me as the manager genuinely understands my questions and provides solutions beyond just linking to documentation, always addressing my issues in a supportive and friendly manner. Maestra integrates seamlessly with different client sources and manages all typical functions like segmentation, email creation, and analytics smoothly. The setup was smooth and easy, with some assistance from the IT team. I've used Maestra for years and I'm very happy with its performance. What do you like best about Maestra?

Our team using Maestra as a complete Customer Data Platform (CDP) system. Its flexibility in integrations and settings is excellent, allowing us to fully integrate with our PostgreSQL database and CRM system effortlessly. This capability is crucial for launching both standard and complex automated funnels across multiple communication channels such as email, WhatsApp, and SMS, all triggered by customer behavior and product characteristics directly from our website and CRM. The Maestra tech team provides very convenient and expert support, guiding us at every stage of funnel assembly. Additionally, Maestra has a very intuitive and clear interface, which enhances the user experience. I love how Maestra is extremely flexible and how responsive they are to feedback. If a feature doesn't currently exist, they're quick to implement it. I also appreciate that the Maestra team is heavily involved in building things for us, they feel like an extension of our team and we are never left to troubleshoot on our own. Their support is invaluable, especially when it comes to solving weird custom use cases. Maestra's ability to integrate easily with our custom functionality is a huge plus. I like how flexible Maestra is for building flows and segmentation - you can create pretty much any logic you need, and launches are fast.
