What do you like best about Loopio?

What do you like best about Loopio?

The knowledge content aspect of the tool is fantastic. We had previously worked off Sharepoint and old proposals in order to create RFPs. Loopio gives us the ability to sort and find and find information quickly. The Loopio people we have worked with including Dal and Yann have been a delight. What do you dislike about Loopio?

Formatting of documents is difficult when exporting to a custom document. Some of our RFPs are complex and the Loopio system isn't able to respond to these is an effective format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Loopio?

The content repository is phenomenal. It allows me to search by keywords throughout the whole library when I need a broad look, or by narrowing down stacks/ categories to filter for 'that one answer I know is in there somewhere.' Additionally, I really enjoy the Magic feature - it's fun to see how many answers it gets right in the first go. I find myself cheering it on as it works :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Loopio?

The duplicate controls - when a writer is closing the loop, it often identifies a question as new, even when it is very similar to an existing question. It lets a lot of 'close to identical' content slip through.

The formatting inside the tool - it's a little clunky, but definitely so much better than when we started using it. Definitely heading in the right direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Loopio?

The ease by which I, as the administrator and a user, can maneuver from screen-to-screen to achieve my goals of producing a proposal and enhance productivity for myself and the users I support. The search feature is exceptional and, with the right categories, stacks and tags, renders the best responses from our repository. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Loopio?

I have experienced no negative results from my use thus far. I recently implemented Qvidian for a high-tech company, as administrator, taking large volumes of content for upload and setting up all internal user settings, template and automation settings; created folder structure, and configured architecture to meet business needs. The process to prepare content in a very specific format to meet Qvidian requirements and ensure the system did not reject the content or loss formatting was long, laborious, cumbersome and time consuming. Also, Qvidian does not have the exceptional features that Loopio offers, such as importing the Q&A section from a sourcing portal so users can respond and review, then the ability to export the finalized content back to the sourcing portal. This is a very valuable tool and a real productivity enhancer. Soon Loopio will integrate with Slack and has released a Chrome extension that will further support collaboration between SMEs working on a proposal together. I look forward to implementing and using all of the new tools by year-end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Loopio can be limited on the types of RFPs that can be imported. Also, it would be nice if someone could be set to review either a project or a category without needing a license, especially if that person is only accessing Loopio once in a while. What do you like best about Loopio?

Following:

1. All the content in one place and searchable - This was a big selling point as previous to using Loopio we used to search the answers in different documents and copy-paste the answer, Loopio made it very easy to organize all the content in one place and made our lives easier.

2. Collaborative feature - All those involved in the process of answering a questionnaire and RFP can collaborate at one place to complete the questionnaire or RFP faster.

3. Slack integration is 'LIT' - The slack integration is one of the best features in Loopio where all the stakeholders can monitor the status of their RFPs and questionnaires, the newest slack integration where you can search the answer from Loopio Library from within slack is very helpful for all the sales and success organization to answer any customer and prospect questions off the bat. What do you dislike about Loopio?

Following:

1. Requires training to get used - Loopio is helpful but to get accustomed and used to it requires a lot of training to learn about every feature and steps involved in answering questionnaires and RFPs.
