What do you like best about Loopio?

In a world of Slack threads, email chains, and forgotten meetings, Loopio allows our team to keep important information centralized for ease of use. When you need to answer questions quickly, Loopio allows you to do so.

What do you dislike about Loopio?

What do you like best about Loopio?

Loopio is an intuitive RFP platform with an extremely responsive customer service team. They are early in their life cycle, meaning customer feedback is important and acted upon quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Loopio?

Loopio could use some help with some formatting issues, especially when it comes to tables. Additionally, the product could be helped by the addition of more merge fields. What do you like best about Loopio?

Loopio helps my team not only to save time by filling out long safety questionnaires, but also to provide more concise responses, since they have all been taken out of the same library. Instead of keeping a table of predetermined answers to the questions, Loopio is doing a great job of matching keywords with the right question / answer pairing. Without Loopio, my group will invest 2-4 times on one questionnaire and we can't simply spend that much time on one questionnaire. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Loopio?

Loopio doesn't have many downsides to use, but I'll admit that it is an awful job to organize / upgrade a library. Loopio is the best way to provide insight into the responses we use most often to assess whether or not we need more answers. What do you like best about Loopio?

I like that Loopio allows you to assign tasks and questions to colleagues easily. If you are in different offices, time zones, etc, you don't need to worry about scheduling a call or meeting to get the answers that you need - SMEs can answer on their own time. Having the ability to use an in-house Loopio Champion to change account access and permissions makes thing very easy on our end, as we don't need to log a support ticket with Loopio to make these changes. The real differentiation comes in the form of our account manager. He is focused on our success, and frequently reaches out to set up meetings, whether for regular check-ins, or to explain new or currently unused functionality to our team. What do you dislike about Loopio?

For larger RFPs, the system can be slow to load new pages or respond, at times. This can occasionally lead to losing your place on a page if you scroll while it is loading, which can be frustrating if you are not sure where you left off, or if the project was just assigned to you. What do you like best about Loopio?

I like the way Loopio organizes the information and specially the search capabilities of the platform. Also, being able to mark questions/answers for review at a specific time helps you keep the information updated and useful, as opposed to other solutions where information is uploaded once but never reviewed. What do you dislike about Loopio?

Updating some items in bulk could be improved, at the time I used the platform I had to rely on Loopio support to do it for me and some bulk changes couldn’t be done. We had to export them, modify them offline and the upload as new. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Loopio?

My past includes extensive use of PMAPS and Qvidian, affording me the ability to make a comprehensive assessment of Loopio. Without hesitation I can say the ease of data entry and retrieval Loopio provides is far superior to their competition. My team has drastically reduced the time we spend maintaining our database. Moving responses across SMEs and departments has never been easier! Loopio has taught us how to refine our entires and "close loop", seamlessly entering new responses and updates back into the tool. What do you dislike about Loopio?

None to date. What's great about Loopio is how they hear our questions and concerns, and they even invite us to participate in round table discussions with their developers, ultimately resulting in releases to accommodate functionality requests. What do you like best about Loopio?

Loopio gives my team the ability to not only save time when it comes to filling out lengthy security questionnaires, but also allows for more consistent answers as they are all pulled from the same library. Instead of keeping a spreadsheet with canned answers to questions, Loopio does a great job of matching keywords to the right question/answer pairing i need to answer the question. Without Loopio, my team would spend 2-4x as long on a single questionnaire and we simply can not be spending that much time on a single questionnaire. What do you dislike about Loopio?

There aren't many downsides to using Loopio, but I will say that organizing/updating a library is a daunting task. Loopio does it's best to provide input into the answers being used most frequently, which we use to determine whether we need an answer anymore or not. *Intuitive - Little onboarding required, may be up and running in as little as 90 minutes.

*Support - Stellar support! Loopio provides a dedicated Customer Success Manager throughout the entire engagement. Loopio also provides timely 24/7 support. Your issue will never be unanswered.

*Cost - Very affordable. Loopio thinks out of the box when necessary to provide aggressive pricing.
