What do you like best about Linkelead?

Software had unbelievable potential but it has breached linkedin terms, and the chrome extension no longer works. i bought a 2 year membership that stopped working after 2 months. no refund and no changes to the now not working software. It used to be great but is no longer. DO NOT BUY THIS Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Software had unbelievable potential but it has breached linkedin terms, and the chrome extension no longer works. i bought a 2 year membership that stopped working after 2 months. no refund and no changes to the now not working software and no response received from them since refund requested. Andrew sayapin (the designer of the software) refuses to put it on his linkedin that he works there - a BIG concern and suggests further that this software has an expiration date

It used to be great but is no longer. if the trial works, use it as much as poss but DO NOT BUY THIS, you will eventually be disappointed and you will receive no money back or no customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Linkelead:

Use a more reputable equivalent, that works in conjunction with LI's terms, not against them. If they had any faith that they would resolve these problems, they would provide better customer service. i have given them multiple users in my business and committed to lengthy contracts so my business should be valued. It hasn't been. my assumption (time will tell) is that they are milking it for as much money as they can and they will then fold the business, leaving you with nothing but lost money. What problems is Linkelead solving and how is that benefiting you?

Used to build connections rapidly and able to message multiple people easily, however has glitched before and sent the same message 5 + times to contacts. this was extremely damaging and spent a week justifying this to pi**ed off customers. For the cost the features are very worthwhile, automatic profile views are a must these days. Auto InMail / Connection Request with custom messaging is very cool for prospecting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Would love integration with 3rd party tools (ZoomInfo/Outreach) to enable more into current workflow, but that's not a huge issue. Overall I can't wait to see what else they add soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
