I kept losing old-school business cards and had to keep buying new ones. This absolutely destroys the need for that, but also gives you the flexibility to write the digital business card onto a blank NFC chip card. Best of both worlds. Onboarding was easy and it integrates nicely into the majority of my needs. The design is clean, and functionality is great; it is responsive and performs well in most situations. The fact that you can use it for free to access their base tier is fantastic. **What do you dislike about Wave Connect?** Sometimes, clients who may not be as technical can sometimes accidentaly click off the initial contact exchange form and it closes. They then do not press the exchange contact detail and assume the exchange was successful. There have been a few occasions where I have lost contact because of this. You need to lock the initial exchange pop-up and don't allow users to close it unless they press the confirmation of exchange or close it manually via the button; clicking away should not close it. I find that most people automatically select the blue button when they actually would have preferred to download my contact details directly into their smartphone. As much as the free trial provides, there are a lot of intricate details hidden behind the subscription, which can be a bit frustrating when you are trying to make it as full as possible. Other than that, the card checks a lot of boxes for me. **What problems is Wave Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Wave Business Card is solving the issue of clunky paper business cards. It is a step in the future of exchanging contact information. A lot of people I have talked with tell me how business cards are now overlooked and contact through email or text is the new standard. I think that this card gets the best of both worlds; provides an effective way of exchanging contact information. It is benefitting me because I am able to network with others and retain their contact information without losing their card. As for the CRM, I appreciate that all contacts you connect with go into your contact book, and you have the option to download them into your phone or add additional notes. **What do you dislike about Wave Connect?** There was one glitch that happened where, whenever I updated my own product photo on my mobile app, it somehow then updated a coworker's picture whenever someone scanned their business card. **What problems is Wave Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Wave Connect - Digital Business Card eliminates the need to carry multiple physical cards and prevents losing them.
