# Who offers the best loyalty program system for online stores?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Hi all! I’m currently evaluating <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/loyalty-management">loyalty program systems</a> for an online store and looking for something that’s flexible, ecommerce-friendly, and easy to manage without a big team. Ideally, it should support customer segmentation, points or tier systems, and integrate well with Shopify or other common ecommerce platforms. Bonus if it helps with repeat purchases and doesn’t require a full-time developer to run.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">These are the platforms I’m considering based on G2 reviews:</p><ul>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/smile-io/reviews"><strong>Smile.io</strong></a>: Looks super popular for Shopify merchants and seems easy to launch. I’d love to know how it holds up as your store scales.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/loyaltylion/reviews"><strong>LoyaltyLion</strong></a>: I’ve read that it’s great for growing DTC brands, but is it overkill if you're just starting out?</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/yotpo/reviews"><strong>Yotpo Loyalty &amp; Referrals</strong></a>: We already use Yotpo for reviews. Is it worth it to keep everything in one ecosystem, or are there trade-offs?</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/tapmango/reviews"><strong>TapMango</strong></a>: Looks like it has really strong engagement tools and mobile app options. Curious if it works well for ecommerce-only (not brick-and-mortar).</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/kangaroo-rewards/reviews"><strong>Kangaroo Rewards</strong></a>: Seems like a good all-in-one platform, but I’m wondering how customizable it is without needing a developer.</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">If your store has tested any of these or switched between them, I’d love to hear what influenced your decision and if you’re happy with the platform today. Would you pick it again? Or is there a better fit I’m missing?</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Thanks in advance!</p>

&lt;p&gt;I used G2&#39;s Loyalty management category page for research: https://www.g2.com/categories/loyalty-management. Should I swap out any of the options I provided?&lt;/p&gt;
