I really appreciate that LeanData has made a lot of product improvements, both with and without AI, in the past year. The AI Graph Summary is really helpful as it provides high-level overviews and suggests improvements, making complex routing graphs more understandable, especially for new employees. I also find the version comparison and routing insight bot very useful. The routing insight bot allows end users to self-service before needing to contact the admin team. I would like to see more generated insights on simplifying complex graphs based on their recommendations. It can be a little convoluted, and we hit some weird edge cases fairly frequently. I like how much manual work LeanData removes from my shoulders, especially with importing or exporting accounts and contacts for our outbound motion. The routing graphs in LeanData that pull from specific lists in Salesforce are also a favorite because they help us prioritize specific accounts without manually figuring out prioritization or routing to new owners. Governance, but that's not a platform issue. The graphs are so easy to build and manage, that you have to keep a tight control on access...
