**What do you like best about Kangaroo Rewards?**

Kangaroo Rewards makes customer loyalty easy to manage and highly effective. The platform is user-friendly and helps increase repeat business through points, rewards, and personalized campaigns. One of the biggest advantages is having loyalty, SMS/email marketing, and customer insights all in one platform, which saves time and improves customer engagement. And of course, our account manager Mario is always here to assist, making the experience even smoother and more reliable.

**What do you dislike about Kangaroo Rewards?**

I wouldn't call it a downside but Kangaroo Rewards offers a wide range of features and customization options, which may require a bit of time initially to fully explore and optimize. However, once set up, the platform becomes very powerful and flexible for managing customer loyalty and engagement.

**What problems is Kangaroo Rewards solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kangaroo Rewards is helping solve the challenge of customer retention and engagement by making it easier to build strong relationships with customers through loyalty programs, rewards, referrals, and personalized communication.
For us, this has been beneficial in encouraging repeat purchases, improving customer loyalty, and keeping customers more engaged with our brand..

**What do you like best about Kangaroo Rewards?**

Integration with our existing Lightspeed R-Series system was easy.  Working with Mario and his team to customize our customer-facing App was very positive, and gave us a new way to connect with our clients.

In addition to the custom app, we were able to work with Mario to help enable new services to our guests through their API.  This allowed us to meet our customers where they are, rather than requiring them to utilize the App (or engage with our crew).  

Kangaroo's API was easy to leverage and has opened up additional productivity for our Crew, and even stronger engagement for our guests.

The system responses as if it was native to Lightspeed R-Series - it's quick and reliable.  

The cost of the tool is well worth the repeat business and customer engagement we see.  We had previously used another platform that was far more cumbersome.

**What do you dislike about Kangaroo Rewards?**

One feature we have asked for is the ability to create redemptions that can be tied to a period of time.

For example, we currently have a reward that, for 1,000 points (after a $1000.00 spend), the guest can become a "member" for one year (365 days).  

To accomplish this today, we have the reward in Kangaroo but, once it's redeemed we have to manual change the customer type (on Lightspeed) to "Member" and then give them the associated perks they get for membership (an ongoing discount primarily).

Additionally, it would be nice to have multiple types of points.  Ie, the standard reward point (1 for each $ spent, for example) work well, but we also have a separate point tracking system we wrote so that when guests play in our tournaments, they earn win points.  These win points can be redeemed for promotional items.

There's no way to distinguish point "types" in Kangaroo.

Neither of these are show stoppers, of course.

It's creating incentives for guests to shop with us more frequently.  And it provides them with an App (and now a Discord integration) that allows them to check their points on the go, which further incentivizes visits.

Once it's set up, it works great and we're seeing good results. Nadim's customer service was very impressive. Our team had a few feature requests and needed assistance setting up Kangaroo, and we had many questions, and he spent a lot of time focused on helping us.

**What do you dislike about Kangaroo Rewards?**

Set up was confusing. I think if every field and feature had a tool tip popup whenever you're hovering over the field to explain how to use it and what it does, I wouldn't have required any help. Please add more info next time.

Customer loyalty and having points and more marketing opportunities is a huge help. We implemented it recently. A lot of our users are using it, which is a good sign. It gives them incentive to spend more and come back.

I use Kangaroo Rewards to make bonds with our pet owners and keep them loyal to our website. I've noticed that since then, sales have increased and we've kept in touch with most of our online clients, which was important to us. Our clients found Kangaroo Rewards easy and helpful, and for this premium service, I proudly and confidently give them 5/5 stars. They offered great support, so we didn't find any difficulties.

The system is working fine with us , and they are always updating it , but if they can their floating Button adjustable and customisable , that would be great .. but it is fine

I appreciate that Kangaroo Rewards is a Canadian-based company, which was a significant factor in choosing them over others. The ease of setup and integration with our existing website and online shop was remarkable. I find the system simple to understand and easy to learn, making it very useful for our company. The customer support was also very effective in assisting us.

I find setting up the email templates for customer referrals difficult, as I struggled to navigate and understand the process. If there was a way to integrate the Kangaroo Rewards system into our POS it would be great. Right now we require customers to enter their phone numbers and staff to manually input purchase amounts via an iPad, which feels inefficient.

The entire experience from start to finish was amazing! At first I was not entirely sure how everything is going to work out, but with [sensitive content hidden] help everything became so easy and she managed to help me create exactly what I want!

I enjoy the simplicity of the interface, the cross-platform integration, and access to my account specialist, Mario, to answer my questions. Once everything is in place, it's very easy to maintain and add new campaigns throughout the year. Creating our rewards program was a great addition to our sales tools not only to create excitement at our stores, but also as a lead generation tool to create lists within our email management system to keep our customers updated on their current points totals and when our next sales opportunities will be. Our team really loves the entire program.

**What do you dislike about Kangaroo Rewards?**

If I had to choose a recommendation to improve, it would be the reports dashboard. Specifically, to include granular data for each store within the dashboard without needing to download reports to Excel to filter.

Kangaroo is helping to create a loyal customer base that incentivizes return visits to our stores. It's a fun way to "gamify" the shopping experience.

**What do you like best about Kangaroo Rewards?**

We've been using Kangaroo Rewards for our brands, and it’s been a great addition to our customer experience. The program is easy to use, both for us and our customers, and it’s helped drive repeat purchases and engagement. The flexibility to customize rewards and track customer insights has been super valuable. Plus, their support team is always helpful when needed. Definitely a solid choice for any business looking to build customer loyalty!

Absolutely nothing... finally, something I don’t completely dislike!

It's a very nice incentive for customers reward loyal customers. It's very easy to use and the support is very helpful, I've been working closely with Charbel and he has always been available and ready to find solutions for anything I come across.

Sometimes the interface can be a little difficult to navigate. I also wish there were the ability to run reports on certain offers and promotions I run.

It is very easy to get on a chat with Customer Service and get help for any issue or question we have. They are responsive and knowledgable and go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of.
