Works really well, low maintenance and has a high uptime. Pepperi support really good, helped us with a system that is really out of date and starting to have issues.

**What do you like best about Pepperi?**

Pepperi gives us real time visibility over all sales activity across many little islands in the Pacific Ocean.  Before Pepperi, it would take weeks to receive sales reports and months to see activity on some of our peddler routes selling product off the trucks.  Pepperi allows us to have  our route sales team on the same platform as our presales team.

**What do you dislike about Pepperi?**

Although Pepperi catalogs have a few different views, I would like to see Pepperi build more templates and improve the user interface.  Also want the dashboard to be more functional and customizable.

**Recommendations to others considering Pepperi:**

Do not use Quickbooks hosted at right networks.

**What problems is Pepperi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pepperi helped us to move to a "Bring Your own device" workplace.  Now, our sales team can use their smart phones and tablets to conduct their work because it is in the cloud.  We are also solving the obstacle of being able to use the same system for pre-sales and truck sales.

**What do you like best about Pepperi?**

I like how configurable Pepperi is to cater to the needs of our Sales and IT staff go. Being in the IT dept, I can mainly speak for Pepperi's ability to integrate with three different programs, back and forth.

**What do you dislike about Pepperi?**

In the beginning, the support hours and response time were slower, but Pepperi has since improved the level of response. Also, the development engineers assigned to our account live in Ukraine so Pepperi has been able to continue a high level of support, even with lower engineering bandwidth due to that crisis.

**What problems is Pepperi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pepperi offers more features than our previous ordering platform. Those features include allocations and approval queues that cover various triggers. With these approval queues, the process is more automated, therefore labor can be distributed to other areas.

That sometimes the mobile app does not update correctly and in some orders, the detail of items is lost.

Pepperi fills the gap between the traditional ERP and the field sales teams, it allow order taking on the fly, allows sales reps to travel without sample or other expensive items - great for luxury and fashing retailers

Integration with non-traditional/local solutions might be a challenge for bidirectional integration, getting the items, sending the order etc.
performance issues can occur when handling large catalogs with sizes/colors

Accessing the product catalog from a dynamic visual record catalog saves time for the sales reps and the back office.

**What do you like best about Pepperi?**

Over the last 18 years, I have implemented dozens of systems for over 150 companies with everything from salesforce, MS Dynamics, Zoho, Hubspot, Magento POS, Shopify POS, WooCommerce POS, Square POS, Channel Advisor, Skubana, Celigo, etc, etc.  But Pepperi has been by far the easiest integration and best to work and sales reps have loved.  Most of reps were against change and technology in general, but once they saw the demo and started using it, they loved it could not imagine life without Pepperi.  Most importantly dedicated project manager has been amazing!!!  She is awesome, very organized, knows everything about the system, but upfront when she does not with no fluff.  She works through each step of the integration very methodically and always there when we need her.  She has been a pleasure to work with. Everybody on our team agrees that implementing Pepperi has been the single best thing we have do increase sales, save time, provided a better customer experience.   In Summary,  Pepperi is an amazing solution and every B2B business in world should have this solution. Anything else is just a waste of time.

**What do you dislike about Pepperi?**

Pepperi is not an entry-level pricing for very smaller businesses, but that makes sense being is more advanced and flexible solutions.

**What problems is Pepperi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Give Reps the ability to see if real-time inventory updates and when it will be back in stock.
2. Take orders quickly with scanner and automatically going to netsuite. 
3.  Able to do advanced bundles, kits and displays
4. Able to create new accounts quickly and easily. 
5. Able to put into tradeshow mode and provide special tradeshow promotions. 
6. Works offline if the rep does not have internet.  
7.  Able to easily prospect new accounts.  The Rep can see on a map all their accounts and prospects close to them when they are on the road.  They can easily filter by different types of accounts, dollar amounts. 
8.  Dashboards - Wow, the data the reps and sales managers and CEO and VPs will have will scale our business.

**What do you like best about Pepperi?**

Our field reps use Pepperi on their iPads - we paid extra for the own-branded app so it has our logo and colors on it. The reps no longer have to carry around price lists and catalogs that get outdated. It makes their ordering a breeze and they immediately can see stock levels and access favorites lists per customer which really cuts down on order time and allows the reps to squeeze more customer visits into their day. We also really like the fact that with Pepperi there is one source of truth - all data is taken and stored in one system and it syncs really well with our ERP (SAP B1) thanks to the iPaaS add-on.

**What do you dislike about Pepperi?**

With Pepperi there isn't so much to dislike - the app works great on mobile devices, the web app works great on the desktop. Some of the articles in the knowledge base need updating but the Support team are very responsive.

**Recommendations to others considering Pepperi:**

Pepperi is very easy to user and configure - it didn't require any development. We are able to drag and drop fields to create forms and reports very easily. If you are looking for an out of the box solution to manage and sync your different sales then Pepperi is highly recommended!

**What problems is Pepperi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Significant savings in customer location visits. We are currently trialing the B2B self-service ordering app with selected customers to see how that goes - if it works, it will cut out a ton of work and allow our reps to focus more on building relationships with customers and waste less time with the actual orders. The current trend is online ordering so we are hoping to roll this out to all customers really soon!

The team is great.  
Laurisse is top!!  They have simplified the overly complex platform and provided guidance on non trivial solutions.
I also believe the platform does have some great potential with its flexibility but its lacking in the user experience difference in mobile in web.  Perhaps its related to our specific use with B2B customers.

**What do you dislike about Pepperi?**

Platform is overly complex.  There are easier ways to implement certain features that we use.  
Also that the web and mobile experience are different.  Feature set is also different between the browser and the app.  Some things that should be customizable can't be customized.  Also things like being able to customize your invoice utilizes technology (xslt) that no one really uses making it next to impossible to do.  It would be great that in addition to this Pepperi have workshops with their customer base to discuss this along where the platform is heading.  I think having the customers feedback is vital to being able to develop the right solution.

We are working to have our B2B clients have a platform with enough features that allows them to place orders that are complete with information.

Our previous solution did not allow for certain fields of data to be captured that are relevant in the B2B space.

Pepperi allows me to pull visit reports easily and manage day to day activities with the team.  Can easily build questionaires for information I require and then extract the data in an easy to understand format

**What do you dislike about Pepperi?**

Contacts hard to update when you need to make a small change. Edit mode not available on the tablet.  We have to use the desktop to edit any contacts and as such, our contacts list has deteriorated a lot as we don't have time while out on the road to manage, and then it becomes the job that slips down the list

**What problems is Pepperi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fast and efficient credits can be processed while in front of the customer, saving time in the office.  The last thing I want my reps doing is being stuck in the office processing transactions that should be done in person

Regarding contacts, it is possible to add new and edit existing contacts on mobile devices in the app. You can do this via the Contact Persons field in the Account Info page (and not via the Contact List). Just go to the Account Info page, tap on "Contact Persons" , tap on the Contact you wish to edit. If you don't see the Edit button on top, contact support and ask them to add a Contact person Workflow allowing you to add/edit Contacts.

Regarding updating your contacts' info in Pepperi from a tablet, you are able to login via a web browser on your tablet to make these changes.

Pepperi is great for my business because it is configured to meet our business requirements, and is easy to make changes as we need to.
Since it is also connected to my accounting software, everything my reps or customers need to place an order is at their fingertips.

Very little, because if we want to change something, we can!

Before using Pepperi, orders were taken on pen and paper or via email. This was slow and not very accurate. Also reps and customers had little information about our product ranges, or what was new or on promotion.

Now they have all this information while placing their orders, and can confidently order more, as they can see their own prices and discounts and order items that are available now, or see when they will be available.

From day one Pepperi seamlessly processed our B2B ordering. As a significant component of a broader ERP revolution in our business, it was fast and effortless to add customizations and was reliably integrated from day 1. With excellent support from the Pepperi team all the way through the process.

There were originally two different portals to change various settings, although this has recently been alliviated and streamlined into one address.

We had an unsupported customer ordering portal that was difficult to change and wouldn't run multiple price lists and catalogs for different customers.

Willingness to assist the customer to better identify its needs and then provide options to satisfy those needs.

While the language setting was set to English, there were a few times that some of the notifications were not in English.

Missed opportunity to allow agent to create orders while on the field. Pepperi provided us with a tool that allowed us to accomplish this and the bonus was integration with our ERP solution which removed the risk of duplicated efforts and incorrect entries.

The main issue is that they are sometimes discrepancies between the customizations on the Web version and iOS version.

Since Pepperi is 'device agnostic' this obviously means that we are constantly maintaining each of the platforms - native apps for iOS and Android, as well as the web app. 
We try to release functionality in parallel, however there are sometimes discrepancies that lag between versions. Keep in mind that it is our priority to keep things the same cross-platform, so any gaps will always be addressed.

**What do you like best about Pepperi?**

I like the offline capabilities of Pepperi. This allows our sales team to do their job no matter where they are. Sometimes they are somewhere without an internet connection and this allows them to create new customers, place orders, etc. without a connection. I also like how customizable Pepperi is. If you can write the logic in javascript, you can do it in Pepperi. This has allowed us to build complex workflows for our users on our own.

**What do you dislike about Pepperi?**

I don't have anything that I dislike about Pepperi. Like all products, there may be a small learning curve but the product is great.

**Recommendations to others considering Pepperi:**

Consider purchasing your own hardware for your users. If you do a BYOB policy, users tend to purchase the lower cost devices. Depending on the size of your database, this may cause slowness/issues in the Pepperi app. We experienced this ourselves and since we've purchased iPads for our team, we haven't had this issue.

**What problems is Pepperi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pepperi has empowered our sales team to do most of our office functions from their iPad/phone. They have our complete CRM at their fingertips along with real time inventory visibility. They have the ability to see inventory levels at our remote locations and and place orders for pickup.

it is really easy to integrate the app with the new erp and the support will help you carry out the integration.
we are now changing the management system and also in this case the support provides us with all the information to continue in the project. for a year we canceled Pepperi for another supplier but immediately after we went back to using this application because it is much better. also in terms of costs and teaching times to newcomers there is no comparison with other software both via web and via ipad or tablet. ease of use is unmatched and even internal management for updating customer and product master data is easy. users take a few minutes to place an order and send it with or without internet connection. I highly recommend using pepper via web or and with ipad or tablet. good sales

In this moment I have no problems opens with the support.
The support is very fast and accurate to reponse.  they answer in a few minutes.

**What do you like best about Pepperi?**

The app is is very easy to use and teach to new sales reps. The fact that an order submitted on Pepperi soon appears on Quickbooks reduced the errors between the sales and customer service departments. Finally, updating the catalog on the website is quite easy to learn. Pepperi customer service gets back to you fairly quickly if you have a problem.
The Pepperi website makes it also fairly easy to add new reps and modify the items on the catalog. An update on the website is instantly uploaded on the app once refreshed.  

**What do you dislike about Pepperi?**

The app occasionally crashes and orders sometimes take time to get transmitted to Quickbooks. Also the last app major update earlier this year made it impossible for us to duplicate orders, which was a real time saver. Pictures of products also sometimes fail to upload and we've had several times to delete an account and then recreate it because their orders wouldn't get fully submitted. 

**Recommendations to others considering Pepperi:**

Be prepared for the transition to take some time. It took us several phone calls with the  Pepperi customer service for the system to be fully operational.

We reduced miscommunication between the sales and shipping departments, saved time to focus on sales and reduced the number of people needed to ship our customers orders. 
The app also made it easier for our sales reps to demonstrate our products, email spec sheets and order confirmations to our clients.

Pepperi is easy to use and fairly easy to customize. We are able to not only use it as platform for entering orders, but also to task sales reps in the field without needing them to open a seperate application.

Sync tasks don't always run on schedule.

While used primarily for Order submissions, we have learned that there are many other functions within Pepperi. Recently we have expanded to using the tasking system which has been hugely useful in terms of coordinating our reps in the field and their internal assistants.

Pepperi has a simple and clear web interface. You can navigate to the different sections in a soft way.
You can easily create and send orders through it. Once you create an order, you can modify, create quote and review in a simple way. Plus, you have an easy access to your client database and look out to any clients you wish easily. When you go to a client profile, you can see details about it, his open balance, all the past orders. 




**What do you dislike about Pepperi?**

The daily synchronisation is sometimes slow. The software can easily bug if you do things fast.
You cant anaylse in details revenue, sales of each clients.
You dont have a lot of options to analyse and describe a client.

**Recommendations to others considering Pepperi:**

I recommend Pepperi for small and medium companies that have a database of clients with less than a 1000 names. Y ou can easily do the client and order managment whenever and wherever you are. You dont need an internet to use Pepperi, only if you wish  to process an order and send by email.

**What problems is Pepperi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Pepperi you can create and send orders fast. The reps can instantly create an order wherever they are and we can process it easily in the office. Pepperi is linked to quickbooks so you can easily see balances of clients, resolve the customer orders and payment anywhere you are with your phone or tablet.
