# Does Inova have any plans of automating the payroll submission and new hire enrollment process?

Our Inova payroll specialist, Christine, is GREAT!  She responds to my emails or phone calls within minutes.  No long wait for reports I may need.

Paul, thank you for your review of Inova. The large majority of our clients are 100% online onboarding and payroll with no paper-based processes involved. Please reach out to your Inova support representative for details.

I have used Inova for several years and have been great. My rep Richard is awesome ans gets what I need when I need it. They handle the HR info needed with government that as an owner you don't want to worry about it. They are the professionals and so let them handle what they do best.
