Reporting capabilites are fantastic and so easy to use but if I get stuck I can easily get help from my Account Manager Theresa. **What do you dislike about Inova Payroll?** Really nothing I can think of - a bit of a learning curve when you start out - sometimes there are a lot of places to put "things" on the T&A side so it's a lot to remember initially. But, support is right there to help so you are not stuck for long. **What problems is Inova Payroll solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making it easier to track overtime, other payroll reports, attendance, that the supervisors have easy visibility of their employees times and info, employees can easily request/change time off. Reporting for outside sources is easier as well - WC reports for audits, EEO reports for annual reporting - both of these took much longer in our previous system. I love that I can make my own reports and if I can't figure it out, someone can help me pretty quickly. In the previous system (current ERP system) reports/dashboard/forms are clunky and hard to make or change unless you are a programmer (I'm not.) ### 8. I suppose that should be a given, but obviously not always the case. I was using one version of their software and it was very easy to use. I recently switched versions, so it's a little confusing, but I am scheduled for training on that. I think the best thing about the company is the support I receive. Support tickets do not remain open for long. They are also very open to suggestions. There was a time when I was struggling with support, and they fixed the problems I was having quickly. **What do you dislike about Inova Payroll?** I think that the only complaint I have had recently is that the reports are not very customizable. If I need something changed, I need to reach out to support to create a new report. This might be a feature and not a bug. **What problems is Inova Payroll solving and how is that benefiting you?** What I like is that it's a robust system that really gets the job done, but I am not forced to use (or pay for) features that I don't want or need. I was able to take all of my Excel documents that I was using to track my employee information and put it into one spot that is easily accessible. **What do you dislike about Inova Payroll?** One of the downsides to Inova is that unless you work with their workmans comp companies, you have to input my Workmans comp information into a separate software manually. They do have a report that can be pulled and import though, so it isn't all that bad. **What problems is Inova Payroll solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inova is solving many of my problems.
