Much data entry has been eliminated. This saves us tremendous time and increases our productivity. **What do you dislike about Certified Payroll Reporting?** There is nothing we dislike. The only thing that doesn't work well for us is that we have to download the reports one at a time. They would probably fix this if I reported it to them. What used to take several hours each week, now it only takes a few minutes. Easy to train new employees on how to use the software. **What do you dislike about Certified Payroll Reporting?** Setting up new projects can be challenging as you are entering in new projects; if you are not careful, old project numbers will populate, and then you will have incorrect information on the new project. **What problems is Certified Payroll Reporting solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to upload the data into the State reporting web site saves us a lot of time by not having to duplicate the data entry of the reports. ### 6.
