I can’t say enough about how much easier my job has become since we started using all the Inova modules. From the ATS to onboarding to performance reviews—the automation has truly taken so much work off my plate. It’s amazing what a fully integrated HRIS system can do for us!

The icing on the cake is having a dedicated contact who’s always there to help—whether it’s troubleshooting an issue or simply reminding me how to handle something I only do once a year. That level of support makes such a difference.

I could go on for hours about the positive impact Inova has had on both ERISA and me personally. While our initial implementation was a bit rocky (mostly because we asked you to rush it!), the system has become an essential part of my daily work—I use Inova all day, every day. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the ticketing system. That’s the one area I’d really like to see improved. It would be incredibly helpful if there were a link back to the original email or message—something to maintain the full context. The support staff's knowledge truly impresses me. Even when I believe there might not be a solution to my request, they consistently deliver exactly what I need and often go above and beyond. Their ability to surprise me never fades. I also appreciate their patience, especially when I struggle to clearly explain what I'm looking for. I'm not particularly satisfied with their current benefit platform. Our company operates in several locations across the U.S., and our employees speak various languages. This means we often have to guide them step by step through the enrollment process. Explaining our company benefits is already a complex task, and since I only speak one language, it becomes even more challenging. Benefits are inherently difficult to communicate, and unfortunately, the system that is offered through Inova does not fulfill our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
