What do you like best about indigitall?

What I like most about Indigitall is its ease of use, the high level of delivery and reliability of the system in both Push and SMS, and the close and timely technical support when needed. The interface is clear and allows you to create, segment, and send SMS in very few steps. Both Push and SMS have a fast and consistent delivery rate. Additionally, we have achieved several automations and advanced segmentation, and the technical team is always available. What do you like best about indigitall?

Segmentation in push notifications is much more refined. Currently, it not only includes demographic data but also behaviors, browsing, types of devices/browser, geolocation, and churn prediction. This is really interesting as it allows for a shift from generic sending to much more useful triggers.

I like the integration of logical flows in push notifications and segmentation because it ensures that the message reaches each user through the most effective channel. I also appreciate being able to segment by website events and send personalized communications. The AI that optimizes the sending time is excellent, as it analyzes the best time for the user to see the push notification.
