**What do you like best about Echobox?**

One of the main advantages of Echobox is finding the best time windows for posting on different social networks, along with the integration with analytics of each of the fan pages we manage on Facebook, which allows us to make better decisions when choosing content to reshare.

**What do you dislike about Echobox?**

I would improve the graphic editor it has for publishing on Instagram Stories, as it is somewhat limited, but in any case, we use a template in Photoshop, so it doesn't prevent us from performing the task optimally.

**What problems is Echobox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A crucial issue was the publication of Instagram Stories, in addition to the ability to edit the titles and photos of Facebook posts, since often, due to SEO criteria, the engagement objectives were not achieved.

Another great advantage is the ability to have integrated metrics within the same platform, along with the possibility of scheduling "evergreen" content on different networks on days when there is less staff.

**Recommendations to others considering Echobox:**

We promote our stories through social media in a variety of venues, most prominently Facebook and Twitter. The two together generate a fair amount of our readers, but our numbers were stagnating until we started using Echobox. We had been using Hootsuite, which was okay. After a lot of research, we decided to partner with Echobox to coordinate organizing and sending out Tweets and post stories on Facebook. 

Echobox has been far more efficient. It has a very intuitive interface.  It’s very easily programmable. Also, they use AI to figure the best times to post our social media. It can also be set up to pick and choose the best stories to promote based on AI.  You can pre-program Echobox to promote the most popular articles on weekends to fill in as we don’t publish new stories on the weekend.  Echobox can also promote older stories if they suddenly take wing because of news developments. Echobox also can be used for LinkedIn, newsletters, and other communication tools.

**What problems is Echobox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Echobox provided an opportunity to coordinate across platforms, which it does extremely well. The AI function which scheduled posts during most-read time periods has proven extremely helpful.

**What do you like best about Echobox?**

Echobox is a tool that allows you to publish both automatically and manually. This is a great benefit because when there are few of us on the team or during times when no one is available, our networks never stop having posts. At the same time, thanks to the metrics provided by Echobox, we can know which content performed well and it gives us the possibility to republish it manually. It also offers us the option to use A/B testing and, in addition, to shorten titles, change them, add emojis, and change the cover image.

**What do you dislike about Echobox?**

When uploading the videos, it doesn't allow us to upload more than one and we can't choose or upload a cover photo. If that would change, it would help us not have to edit it once we share it.

**Recommendations to others considering Echobox:**

It is a tool that is easy to use, helps to better distribute team tasks, increases interactions on your networks, and helps to increase traffic to your website.

**What problems is Echobox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefits we have with Echobox are several. We trust its intelligence when it comes to choosing what to publish and when. This makes our content have a better reach. Additionally, during the early morning when no one from the team is working, Echobox publishes content on our networks, allowing us to avoid "gaps" in postings.

Really helpful to get a precise overview on link posts, videos, photos, etc. Nice function to publish the posting at the best possible time slot and the biggest plus is probably the reshare function of older, timeless postings.

Not much to add, in case of struggle the customer service is quick and helpful.

I can see how this service might be helpful for publishers but it was no help to us because we have integrations built into our website.

**What do you dislike about Echobox?**

Their sales promises did not match performance at all. Our traffic started dropping almost immediately upon using the service and started to return as soon as we turned it off, three months after implementing. Another six weeks later, we are still trying to claw our way back. The sales presentation makes it appear that you can use all of their services but in reality, you have to pick and choose because news judgment simply cannot be managed by a machine. It started publishing two week old news stories, creating all kinds of headaches with readers and sources. When we adjusted that, it left us with nothing of value. The automatic resharing based on their 'algorithm' killed our Facebook reach and clicks. Worst is the company makes you sign up for a year minimum. So we're stuck paying for a service that doesn't work and efforts to reach the company to discuss this are ignored. Look elsewhere.

Their scheduling process is seamless. For a multi-tasker it makes it easy to post content on pages ahead of them and edit them accordingly should the need arise. It is specially helpful in determining which content will work best at what time thanks to their optimization tool.

Often times—one or twice a month—we’d run into a problem: a post that can’t be run, or a prompt, scheduled post that doesn’t proceed as drafted.

Echobox is extremely easy to use, even for people who are not familiar with social media posting. For me, the difference between Facebook's Business Manager to Echobox is astounding. It's so much more intuitive and has way more functionality. Tracking is automatically added to links, you can post cross-platform simultaneously (e.g. to Facebook and Twitter), you can either let Echobox optimise your posts, or choose a window or exact time yourself, posts are simple to edit, and you can A/B test every aspect of a Facebook post to see what makes your audience click. There are also inbuilt analytics and the customer support team is excellent. Finally, it's a breeze to reshare any previous posts. I save about 10 hours every week, and we've seen a 43% increase in Facebook clicks and a 59% increase in Facebook traffic. Finally, I

Honestly nothing, it's made my job so much more efficient, allowing me to spend more time crafting thoughtful captions and headlines and selecting the perfect image.

Time management is a huge one. It's so fast and simple to use that I am able to spend more time actually creating my dozens of daily posts rather than fighting with Business Manager, and jumping between Facebook and Twitter to post the same content. I also love the A/B testing feature, as it lets me see what the audience actually prefers, which is sometimes in opposition to what I originally assumed. It's also very easy to see what I have scheduled so there's no accidental overlap. Finally, it's easy to schedule posts for my off hours with either the optimise or time window features.

**What do you like best about Echobox?**

Echobox is easy to use and provides convenience. I work in an organization that has  a limited workforce. Echobox helped us a lot in managing our social  media accounts. We used to spend so many hours posting content on social media, limiting the number of post per hour to make sure that we do not flood the feed of our followers. It was hard since we needed to post at least 50 content per day on social media. When we started using Echobox, everything changed. We just post everything via Echobox and just let it do its thing. We use the "optimal option" for not so urgent posts and we use the "now" option for more pressing posts. The idea that you can also control the time of the post has been very helpful to us. Echobox is really a great tool and we highly recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Echobox?**

What I really don't like is the fact that it is sometimes not compatible with Twitter. Based on my experience, we've been locked out of Twitter for about 7 times because of Echobox. The IT people told the management that there is a conflict between the two that's why we got locked out. We had to verify several times that we own the account.

**Recommendations to others considering Echobox:**

If you manage multiple social media pages and you lack manpower, use Echobox. Life will be easier.

We share at least 50 stories per day. We cannot flood the feed of our followers so we make sure there are intervals in social media posts. Our graveyard shift used to work longer because of this. They are not allowed to go home until all stories are posted. Echobox saved us a lot of time. The graveyard shift really thanked the management after we started using Echobox.

The scheduling process is real simple and straight forward. You can manage many postings on many channels in a short time. Very smart and fast.

Sometimes - 1 or 2 times per month -  there a technical difficulties: a post that can’t be run, or a prompt, scheduled post that doesn’t proceed as drafted. Or a re-connection of the Instagram-account is needed. But the 24/7 support is fantastic.

With Echobox we've solved problems mainly with scheduling posts. A benefit could be that we could set aside an hour or two a day to schedule post for the rest of the day, and we don't have to worry about whether or not posts are coming out during the night.

The setup of the tool helps us save many hours per week s it streamlines our process and makes it easy to select and re-share well performing content. At the same time, Echobox has ben helpful in coordinating between our individual teams and collaborate on social media posting

Once you understand how it works and how to fully exploit the potential of its algorithm, the system greatly facilitates the publication of editorial content on social media, particularly Facebook, by recognizing the optimal moment for each specific content and offering the possibility to reshare it at the right time, in order to give it maximum visibility and consequently increase traffic to your site.

It wasn't very easy to understand how it works and occasionally the auto-feed slowed down, but otherwise it works perfectly.

Have the functioning explained to you well, especially at the beginning.

It greatly aids the work of publishing editorial content on social media, facilitating and optimizing the work that was once done manually. Its artificial intelligence recognizes the priority of the content and when they are trending, classifying them in order of priority. The "analytics" function then allows for a precise overview of which content has the most user interactions and, if desired, to reshare them at the right moment.

**What do you like best about Echobox?**

We used to try and find the right time to publish the articles on our social media but Echobox does that quicker and with better results. Our organic reach increased and continues to do so and we don't have to worry about FB's algorithm anymore because we know EB is on top of it. Additionally, it allows us to edit our Facebook posts (including image and title), something the platform doesn't let us do anymore but that is really important for big articles that have a long timespan. Finally, it saves us time when we want to share the articles in all our platforms and the support given by the tech team and the Regional Director is really good.

**What do you dislike about Echobox?**

The fact that you can't search posts by name, having to scroll down to find what you are looking for. And the fact that Echobox Evergreens news articles on its own, resharing them in the future even when they are not relevant anymore.

Remember that the AI takes time to adjust to new settings, to your content, and to your audience, especially in the beginning. Have patience and you will see the results.

**What problems is Echobox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organic reach increased and we now know when our readers are reading our content. It also freed our team so they can focus on writing more and better instead of investing that time sharing their content our all platforms. Subsequently, our paid investment is getting better results and the engagement with our readers/followers is also improving.

Echobox is really easy to use. We've been able to train journalists whose main job isn't social media to post to different platforms in a way that doesn't disrupt their normal jobs.

**What do you dislike about Echobox?**

The AI element of Echobox is really interesting but it could be improved for us as a company if it took in elements of our subscription data to help us achieve our KPIs.

**What problems is Echobox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Echobox is made for publishers so the features, like amending headlines, is quick and easy. The analytics are simple and allow us to make decisions at a glance within the platform, rather than having to download big spreadsheets and analyse them. You can switch between platforms and schedule across them simultaneously, which saves time. We looked at a number of different solutions before choosing Echobox but it was clear that they had the best understanding of publishers.

Easy to use and understand. You can change quickly from one platform to the others having always a big picture of what is planned during the days. Very useful the Analytics tool to check how every content is performing.

Change or edit pictures to contents sometimes can be slow or tricky if you don't have the right format.

Simple graphics and easy to navigate around the platform. Very convenient and practical. Echobox can do postings and analytics for multiple social media pages making it a "one-stop shop" for social media managers. In terms of efficiency and time-saving, it really helps a lot in those fields. It's the first platform I open when starting with work.

There's nothing to dislike with the platform so far.

Echobox is a must for both beginner and professional social media managers. It's a very easy to understand and use platform that will put ease into their daily tasks which are related to their social media channels. Not only will the user be able to schedule posts ahead of time but also analyze if their posts were effectively shared using the analytics. The AI captioning is also a great feature.

I haven't encountered any problems with Echobox at the moment.

You need to understand that Echobox is AI and uses machine learning.  Fpr it to work well you need to put in the effort from which it will learn. Once you understand this the software is a pleasure to work with.

Echobox maintains our social media presence on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, saving us the trouble of having to do this manually. It spaces when the posts are shared for better reach. I also like that it chooses old posts and reshares these to optimize visibility.

It's quite expensive for a small media organization like ours.

We work with many freelancers and team members on two online brands with different social media channels. Echobox helps us maintain an overview. Everyone can see what has already been posted and what is scheduled. Additionally, it's nice that Echobox knows well when our socials are busy.

The automation feature does not (yet) work for us, at least not to let Echobox write messages entirely on its own. You can still see that they are written by a computer, and we noticed that interaction decreased when we tried this for a while.

We ensure with Echobox that everyone on our team has an overview. Additionally, it saves us time at work because we can easily post to Facebook and Twitter at once. For Twitter, we only need to add hashtags.

**What do you like best about Echobox?**

Being able to preschedule content with an easy carry-over between Facebook and Twitter, being able to organize the content which is posted, timing and categorizing content... these are all major plusses of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Echobox?**

A particular problem I have is that Twitter cards cannot be edited; I'm not sure if this is the kind of thing which can be adjusted, but I would appreciate if sharing between FB and TW could be a bit more seamless. I'm also not entirely sure if the AI is able to read audiences well if it's an entirely new platform it is posting for.

**Recommendations to others considering Echobox:**

This is what you need if you're looking for an AI-driven, multifaceted social media planning platform that scouts ahead in the ether for the best times to post. It's a big weight off my shoulders to have this at my disposal.

I'm able to preschedule my content over a month in advance and rest assured that nothing will change; I don't feel I need to check back in on my work. This is especially handy when I'm dealing with being the only person managing social media.

We had no one in-house who wanted to take ownership of our social media. A colleague told us about Echobox and we thought it was worth a shot. Within weeks we started seeing a major change in our social media impressions, reactions and pageviews, which changed the game for us. It was the best money we've ever spent. 

**What do you dislike about Echobox?**

In the beginning, we didn't really understand the functionality and Echobox went a little rogue.  don't think it was made clear to us when the product launched how to really control it. However, that was rectified very quickly by the Echobox staff and we learned quickly how to train it.

**What problems is Echobox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Echobox mainly to post stories and while that's not a difficult thing, it's knowing when to do it. As we get more sophisticated, we'll start playing around with more creative ways to implement Echobox to continue to help drive our social media presence.

Echobox takes the guess work out of our social media publishing. We load up our feed to their system, and let it determine the publishing frequency and articles that will result in the maximum exposure to our audience.

Price, it's expensive compared to other options we've tried in the past, and it takes a while before the benefits are noticeable.

it's expensive, but it does work. If social media management is time consuming and not paying off, echobox can probably help.

Some stories in the RSS feed don't show up in the Echobox interface. As such, sometimes important stories are missed unless someone is monitoring Echobox regularly.
