When we asked to cancel the software, we were pointed to terms and conditions on their website. At no point while using the software were we directly contacted about auto-renewals or updates to the terms. Unless you reach out to them, you will never hear from your customer service representative. When we made it clear we were ready to leave, they provided us with the following option: Option 1: In return for granting an early cancellation of your subscription contract, we kindly request that you leave two top-rated reviews on each of the following platforms: Capterra, G2, TrustRadius, and Google. Once you provide evidence of these reviews and we've had a chance to review them, we can proceed with the contract cancellation. Programming, in particular, has always taken up a lot of my time, but with this software, it is definitely easier and, above all, the work makes sense: there is data that allows you to easily understand if a previously posted content was "right" for the time I chose to schedule it or even just for the platform. Moreover, Echobox adapts well to algorithm changes and quickly integrates new features periodically. The "never without" features for me have been: the ability to choose the "Optimal" function to let the artificial intelligence decide the best time to publish a post and, secondly, the ability to duplicate the same post so that it can be scheduled again at another time slot, with a simple click. Trying to use the internal scheduling functions provided by META, the difference is huge: the internal system is very limited and very inconvenient. Echobox has given us the opportunity to optimize the management of social scheduling, the selection of content to focus on (thanks to the "Score" system that rates the posts), and to increase the shared content, especially thanks to artificial intelligence that automatically schedules the release of content through the "Optimal" function, choosing the best time to do so. These are the articles that Echobox republishes from time to time. An otherwise handy thing, but in the front, Echobox republished articles that were not current. It is necessary to determine the kind of code (a particular letter or symbol) we will write in the URL when writing articles.
