I prefer to use black ink for my cards and every time I place an order, I need to talk to a sales rep in order for them to add an "insert" cost for this addition. I love that they have the ability to integrate with my business automation software. We build automation for businesses to streamline their operations and make their lives easier. Honestly, I've been pretty happy with just about everything with the service. The recent addition of insertable items (gift cards, etc.) has enhanced the service. The best part about this platform is the differentiation we can make from one invitation to another giving a personal touch making the invitees feel more important to the invitation.
