Postable is the easiest way to get people's mailing addresses. Very useful for wedding invitations, birth announcements, holiday cards, or just because it's nice to have them.

## Postable Reviews
 ### 1. Horrific service & product, completely unreliable

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Postable?**

The promise of customizing cards is great, but on multiple occasions Postable has completely failed to print and send my ordered cards.

**What do you dislike about Postable?**

Everything! Do not print and deliver cards within the promised timeline, or even outside the promised timeline. Ordered cards May 8 and still not delivered May 20. This is not the first time this has happened.

**What problems is Postable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NO problem solving. Only creating more problems because they are unable to do the service they promise to provide - they do not print and deliver on time at all.

 ### 2. Postable for ad hoc cards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maximilian G. | Head of FraudAction Commercial Success, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Postable?**

Easy interface, a webapp not a mobile app. Easy CSV mail importing. An effective scheduling option for recurring cards. I mainly use it personally, but it's a cute business solution overall for small businesses or folks with a few clients. It is very easy to fire off a thank you from your phone on the go.

**What do you dislike about Postable?**

Postable is definitely not designed for work at scale. It clearly targets the consumer segment, so if you have 500 sales contacts to bulk mail, you will have a hard time. As near as I can tell they always do a first class stamp and charge you for that. If you mass mail or do marketing mail, I don't believe you get a presort rate which is an issue. If your use case is executives or sales reps firing off 1-5 cards on demand it works.

**What problems is Postable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Postable fixes the hassle of having and stocking stationary, keeping stamps, and then writing out cards. You can simply prep the whole thing in the webapp and leave it to them to prep and mail. You also save all projects by default so it's easy to go to a card you did before and customize it for a new recipient.

 ### 3. A great tool for keeping up with and customizing mailings both professional and personal.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chaitra Z. | Business Process Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Postable?**

I like that this tool keeps my contacts information updated, can use that information to automate mailings, and even sends out requests for updated contact information from my contacts, so I don't have to be the person to request and input this information.

**What do you dislike about Postable?**

I have not had much that I dislike about it yet. Everything is functional; most everything is built for the user to give minimal effort and gain maximum return. It organizes important dates, and sends reminders when necessary.

**Recommendations to others considering Postable:**

It is a great tool! Use it for all of your physical mailings and maintenance of your contact information, because it requires far less input from you! It takes no real help from support so try to handle it on your own if you feel confident enough, and their templates and design options not only look great on screen, but are actually very high quality when physically printed.

**What problems is Postable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of both my personal and professional mailings and updated contact information for both. It sends out requests for addresses and birthday information, so when important dates pop up, a friend's birthday, it either automatically sends a card, or reminds me to act to send one. It maintains current information so I don't have to spend time requesting it and updating a database, it cleverly makes the recipient of the mail input their information making the data not only more accurate and complete, but requiring no data entry on my end, huge time savings!

 ### 4. Postable for Business & Personal Contacts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allyson C. | Country Events Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Postable?**

I love the ability to keep track of a wide range of contacts, including their birthdays, addresses, emails, etc. It allows me to maintain a personal connection with clients and friends and makes communication much easier. I love the email notifications that remind me when a client or friends' birthdays are coming up so I can send them a message.

**What do you dislike about Postable?**

There hasn't been anything I've found myself to dislike about the platform. I think it would be nice to be able to split contacts into groups (based on personal vs. business clients) but I've made it work without that.

**What problems is Postable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am keeping in touch with clients and developing deeper more meaningful relationships with them, which leads to long-lasting customers and customer retention.

 ### 5. Did a trial with this software - went with another provider

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica S. | PARTNER, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2021

**What do you like best about Postable?**

We did a demo with this software. This is very similar to handwrite and in the end we went with the lower cost option. We will re-evaluate at the end of the next year

**What do you dislike about Postable?**

This is a commodity product so at the end of the day it all comes down to pricing verse what other providers are able to do....

**Recommendations to others considering Postable:**

This is a commodity product so once your KPI are met - it is up to volume and pricing

**What problems is Postable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we assessed things it was not as easy to bulk upload the address files we had from buyers on Shopify

 ### 6. Weddings Made easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen B. | Body Manufacturing Supervisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Postable?**

Great Timesaver. When involved in a wedding, we all know how difficult it can be to be organized and have a complete mailing list. Postable made our process so much easier and organized!

**What do you dislike about Postable?**

We had an issue with a wrong address, Postable quickly resolved it, and they resent it made us all happy. Maybe a quality check before shipping would have caught the error.

**What problems is Postable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to keep an updated mailing list for future events! This listing saves us time for future use of large company gatherings/mailing lists. An updated client list imakes mailings so much easier.

 ### 7. Great gift and surprise idea

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Arts and Crafts | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Postable?**

It's very easy to add pictures to the cards and make them very personal. I also look very thoughtful with the card when I didn't even have to mail it. They ship quickly and are not very expensive. Some of my friends used postable for their wedding invitations too and found it very easy.

**What do you dislike about Postable?**

Having to remember my account information and that there isn't an app I can have on my phone to use the service. Sometimes it can be annoying to use on the browser

**What problems is Postable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me quickly send out cards and makes me look very thoughtful when it didn't take long. I don't even have to mail the card

 ### 8. cute cards on time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katherine S. | Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Manager , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2021

**What do you like best about Postable?**

I love getting to schedule birthday cards and other greetings so that we always seem like we're on our game-- even when we're not :-)

**What do you dislike about Postable?**

I like pretty much everything, but the one downside is that the cards are a bit limited and have a specific style across most of the cards - they are cute drawings. I wish we had a more comprehensive range from classy to cute and silly.

**What problems is Postable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to have to choose, hand write, and mail tons of birthday and holiday cards, with postable, we just plan them all out and then I can edit the text as needed.

 ### 9. Lifesaver!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyssa R. | Co-Owner, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2021

**What do you like best about Postable?**

I absolutely love Postable! They have such a great variety of cards for different use cases. My favorite perk is that I can keep my address book updated and easily click a few buttons to send a card to my team members as acknowledgment, thank you or in celebration!

**What do you dislike about Postable?**

There isn't much I don't like about Postable!

**What problems is Postable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team has been remote before the 2020 remote work shift. We used to be in the office together and I loved dropping a note off or maybe a snack they love. Postable fills that gap!

 ### 10. Super easy to use tool for personalized communications

 ### 14. Postable Review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2021

**What do you like best about Postable?**

Postable is easy to use, and the website is very intuitive. The abundance of cards, formats, and lettering styles, as well as allowing the users to add their pictures, makes this service very enticing and personalized.

**What do you dislike about Postable?**

The price of the service is a bit higher when compared to other similar competing services. Otherwise, one can't find many drawbacks to fault Postable and its offers.

**What problems is Postable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The service was used to send out holiday wishes to several clients, and using the service was very straightforward with minor complications or obstacles. It got the job done efficiently.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Postable?**

The ease of navigating the website and placing an order. Also, the reliability of shipping times was a must. My expectations were exceeded and I plan on using their services for all my needs.

**What do you dislike about Postable?**

I am not sure if they have the service and I may have not been able to find it on the website, but I wish there was an "extras" option where the card could be handwritten.

**Recommendations to others considering Postable:**

N/A

**What problems is Postable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Postable has saved me time shopping for cards, handwriting a message, and having to gather stamps/envelopes to mail the cards off to the recipients (whether its a holiday card or thank you card-company related).

 ### 18. Postable

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Postable?**

I like the design and the front face of the app

**What do you dislike about Postable?**

I dislike that the app is heavy and hangs during the use

**What problems is Postable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BEST THING I COULD HAVE DONE as far as getting my contacts together. And my spreadsheet was converted to the "Wedding wire" spreadsheet and uploaded into the contacts seamlessly. I was able to color code my spreadsheet as well. It has been wonderous for my "OCD" tendencies.

 ### 19. Simple and easy to use for card and more!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

 ### 21. Money well spent in terms of return on relationships

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole K. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 04, 2021

**What do you like best about Postable?**

Prompts me to sends cards on important occasions and writes them for me.

**What do you dislike about Postable?**

Mailing is TOO slow and no tracking or receipt of delivery. Some of this is due to issues with USPS but it's not efficient when I'm sending a card to someone down the street from me and using the service takes 7-10 days for the card to arrive.

If you are sending a thank you card, there is a certain timeliness with which the card must arrive and this service does not facilitate that.

**What problems is Postable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increased networking, relationship building and strong family bonds. Excellent value for the money.

 ### 22. So helpful!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Postable?**

I really like how you can use postable to automate something that can be very time consuming and tediuous--collecting addresses. It's very user friendly!

**What do you dislike about Postable?**

There's no feature that I've been displeased with.

**What problems is Postable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helps us collect contact info when needed.

 ### 23. I LOVE THIS!!!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Postable?**

It is so simple to send cards out and there are always promo codes available that you can use. You can save addresses and set reminders- it is so easy and so many lovely designs.

**What do you dislike about Postable?**

Nope-love everything honestly- it is such a wonderful website.

**Recommendations to others considering Postable:**

Use it ! Supports small artists :)

**What problems is Postable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having time to go to the store. People really love the personalized touch-the cards are great and for every occasion.

 ### 24. Please don’t use Postable...

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Individual & Family Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 26, 2020

**What do you like best about Postable?**

The company has a good concept but sadly they’re technology, organization and customer service is severely lacking.

**What do you dislike about Postable?**

The website uses outdated technology but I was going to let that pass because I wanted to try the simplicity they claimed to offer. Supposedly all I had to do was pick a card and a picture and it would send to anyone I wanted, including postage. They sent the wrong Christmas cards with another families picture and name. I had no idea who the family was on the card. When I contacted them about this they never got back to me. They purposely have no phone number listed on their website. The only way to get ahold of them is through their contact me email. Don’t bother because they don’t respond. The only way I finally got ahold of them was because I contacted the BBB and disputed the credit card charge with my credit card company. If you go to their Facebook post they constantly have angry customers post, which they promptly delete. You can look up #postable to find more complaints or go to numerous wedding websites where they messed up invites and didn’t fix them.

**Recommendations to others considering Postable:**

Please don’t waste your time and/or money

**What problems is Postable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I tried contacting Postable about sending the wrong Christmas card with the wrong picture (pic of another random family) and the wrong family name. No response from postable. This card looked nothing like my proof and I didn’t even know the family on the picture. I’m also worried my family picture was used on other peoples holiday cards without my permission. I had to contact the BBB and cancel the charge on my credit card before the finally contacted me but still refused to refund the postage. In their words “technically we sent a card and that’s what you payed for”.

 ### 25. Photoshop

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2019

**What do you like best about Postable?**

The images cutting is very easy to use and magic tool also very useful for users

**What do you dislike about Postable?**

Nothing can dislikemostly. I want to so many updates day to day its fine

**What problems is Postable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

nothing

 ### 26. Big Time Saver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chantal N. | Head Of Marketing, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2019

**What do you like best about Postable?**

I like that it's a more personalized way to send cards without having to hand write each one. It really is an amazing thing to be able to just mass produce handwriting like they do.

**What do you dislike about Postable?**

I don't have any complaints it's a really cute company and they have great cards. We stopped using them only because we have someone on part time right now who can do clerical work like that. We will probably use them again in the future.

**Recommendations to others considering Postable:**

I think its a great product and can save your company lots of time

**What problems is Postable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Save our company a lot of time handwriting notes. We have a lot of clients and it can be time consuming tasking someone with the job of singing and handwriting each individual card.

 ### 27. Simple and Easy to Use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2019

**What do you like best about Postable?**

It is simple and straightforward with a variety of designs to choose from.

**What do you dislike about Postable?**

I don't really have any complaints. Maybe it would be cool if there were more paper options and if the sample cards were easier to obtain versus emailing them. But other than that, I really have no complaints.

**What problems is Postable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I actually first discovered this as a way to send thank you cards for my wedding. It's super easy to send mass mail without having to worry about having to address, stamp, and send out mail and notes, and this is especially helpful when I want to send a celebration or thank you card to a client as a way of appreciating them. It may seem silly to pay a little extra to get this all done, but it really does save a lot of time from having to go to the store to pick out a cool card, write a thoughtful note, and then making a trip to mail it. When I think about sending a card, I just want to get it done right away!

 ### 28. Great service, all the notes were delivered in time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olga G. | Marketing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Postable?**

The ease of communications with he account manager and the turn around time was super quick. All the cards are made using recycled paper.

**What do you dislike about Postable?**

Nothing, everything was great. The only addition that could be made is to add more designs to choose from.

**What problems is Postable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending our customers holidays cards. We managed to customize the available design and send the cards to more than 400 people in just 2 weeks

 ### 29. So easy! Great fonts, simple process, automated integration. GREAT!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2018

**What do you like best about Postable?**

I liked how simple it wast to upload the picture, put the text in through great hand writing fonts, and to import mailing addresses with a few clicks. I liked that I was able to add gift cards from Amazon to be included in the cards that were being sent out as well. To import mailing addresses I was able to take the excel sheet that I had the addresses saved on and automatically upload them to what I was wanting to be sent out. It was almost as if Mailchimp decided to make a hard copy format of what you'd send out digitally to people's mailboxes around the country. Also, they are constantly running deals. You can find discounts on their prices anywhere you look it seems. Download the Honey app as well to search for that.

**What do you dislike about Postable?**

I had a very easy experience. Nothing stands out that would say I didn't like this. They have so many deals as well you can always find a discount.

**Recommendations to others considering Postable:**

Give it a try! You won't be disappointed . .

**What problems is Postable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is a savvy and personal way to send thank you cards to your customers with a few clicks. I realized that people still like receiving hard pieces of mail. You can also include gift cards. This simple and easy process gives us a personal touch with the people that we are sending these letters to. I think people still appreciate getting things like this rather than a quick thank you e-mail.

 ### 30. Solid solution for personalized follow-up

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Postable?**

Portable offers an intuitive interface to send printed notes with multiple handwriting styles.

**What do you dislike about Postable?**

As the notes are printed, it’s fairly visible that they are not written by hand.

**What problems is Postable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Portable allows me to send quasi-personalized notes when I’m on the go.
