One very good option they offer is the add a code line in any form allowing to get and grab the data to use anywhere as long as the destination is part of the integrations or services uses API or webhooks to receive the data. It can be a marketing service, email sending saas software or database... Solution are infinite. **What do you dislike about SyncSpider?** The high price charged by the company if you need a specific integration. Also, lots of different options are not available when you create a workflow. I wanted to send collected data from a form to a google sheet. No dates are specified in the form when data are sent. I can't add the data information to the workflow. It would be so easy for syncspider to add a box and in the backend : write format date now () The support answer was: No it's not available! **Recommendations to others considering SyncSpider:** A solid solution for anyone looking to synchronize any kind of data **What problems is SyncSpider solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use it to collect and dispatch all data from forms on all my websites. I also use the service to send all those data to marketing services to increase sales. I also use it to centralize and do stock management knowing that it allows me to synchronize all eCommerce places where i sell my products ### 2. They split tasks and operations as other credits; This is great for large amounts of data; in different platforms, you would consume all your expensive tasks very quickly in comparisson. **What do you dislike about SyncSpider?** The UI/UX is being improved, but the current one is kind of clunky; also, all existing automations are single-step. Automations can be "chained," but the data from one step cannot be carried over to the next, limiting the kind of automation that can be achieved. **What problems is SyncSpider solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to create clients from our e-commerce in our ERP for invoicing purposes and then invoice them for their online purchases. This is our primary use, but we also use it to move data between systems and trigger process automation. ### 3. But they do develop the tool month by month. **What problems is SyncSpider solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is a good automation tool. You can keep in sync all your products and then some. ### 6. SyncSpider is drag-and-draw easy to use. It has all the features you want in terms of manipulating data variables in your interconnection process, AND it supoprts webhooks very simply. Also, they're constantly adding new integration points, particularly for e-commerce! **What do you dislike about SyncSpider?** I've not found anything yet to dislike about SyncSpider. I don't do a lot of e-commerce, and that is its focus. A number of people have talked about the UI being a bit clunky, but I find that it works just fine for my needs and is utilitarian and functional. Their roadmap shows very active monthly progress on integrations and that keeps increasing. I have no doubt that this will be a leader in another year. The price certainly can't be beat as compared to the leaders in this field. The number of operations you get is a steal compared to others such as integromat or zapier. As a Wordpress developer I can see that I'll have another great tool in my toolbox for this as well, as it can read all WP custom fields. **What do you dislike about SyncSpider?** I would have liked to see more templates, right now they only have less than a dozen. Other competitors use things like recipes and have hundreds or thousands, so right now syncspider is lacking in this area but with their rate of updates every month I can see this improving over time. The documentation is pretty good but sometimes more detail would be helpful, along with screenshots, as I'm a visual learner. It appears that they've had a number of issues with integrations from noted services like Amazon, and they aren't always solved quickly, although they never seem to stop trying hard. An improvement in the area of tutorials would be nice, I'm looking at youtube and it mostly is marketing- and business-related patting ourselves on the back by inviting CEOs and the like instead of focusing on people who actually use it. **What problems is SyncSpider solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm looking to be able to integrate Wordpress, especially custom fields, with other tools and data sources. Sometimes you can't do things natively, or there isn't a plugin to do it elegantly, so I'm always looking for alternatives to the other players in this field. One of the benefits I've received is that given the number of operations I'm able to perform with syncspider, I can effectively do a little bit of important data interchange to make my life and my customers lives easier. ### 8. Also Im based outside the USA so we have non native English speakers and the automization helps them. I know we are not using its full potential but for the simple automization we do use it for pay for itself already. We will grow and use it more, and the product will mature too so I know it will only get more and more usefull. **What do you dislike about SyncSpider?** I had a hard time at first understanding how to get the full benefits. While it is pretty easy to fill out the boxes and follow the guides as you setup I had to atch a lot of videosand still am to understand what I wanted out of it. Their plans are pretty affordable for the volume of data. **What do you dislike about SyncSpider?** They still don't have sequential workflows (only parallel), but their roadmap is pretty strong; they mentioned it would be available by Q4-21; besides that, it's a great tool. **Recommendations to others considering SyncSpider:** Learning how to use External API and webhooks will allow you to extend its functionality vastly **What problems is SyncSpider solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automating my e-commerce tasks (syncing to my ERP products, inventories, billing clients, etc...). It also has enough services so that i can automate some of the support needs (client-facing, like bots, tickets, etc) ### 10.
