It operates like any website or software program out there. Other DMS/CRM systems in the past seemed to have specific auto funtions/operations that had a long learning curve. However, Tekion operates in a way where any person in jump in and can use reasoning to find what they need.

So far, the support. If a ticket end up needing to be opened, it then takes a while. Call in process is also not effecient. Tekion is not a certified provider for every manufacturer.
