I only learned this when a card was returned and I opened it and saw this negative. The customer service agent said I should write shorter messages. The website is so easy to use, they have a good card selection, lots of "handwrytting" options and it looks so professional. Their customer service is also consistently helpful and quick to answer. They onboarded us and we ended up buying a package to use for the year. **What do you dislike about Handwrytten?** For the most part, it has been very stress-free and seamless. The only downside I have ran into so far is how gift cards cannot be purchases using the package we bought. We have a good chunk of funds on our account but for gift cards, we have to be charged separately. **What problems is Handwrytten solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were doing cards by hand and it was very time-consuming and difficult to be consistent with sending them out. We revamped our home office and business setup for 2022 and another vendor recommended Handwrytten to us. It has not disappointed me at all! It has saved so much time and energy just typing up a card and shipping it out. We use them for client's birthday cards and thank you cards for vendors/event hosts. I've also linked our account with Zapier to make sending cards out even easier. Such are the excuses I used to give for never sending personalized cards to friends, family, colleagues, and customers. The cards are affordable, the service is easy to use, and I know people prefer these cards over a typed-up on even if they realize it was written by a robot (quality is excellent, but some people can decern). Just make sure your message is quality as well, and by that I mean one that is personalized for the recipient (and not just a boilerplate message). This will ensure it comes off as any handwritten card would - something you took the time to write exclusively to them because it couldn't be rewritten over and over again quickly. Perhaps another way to say this is to think about a printed wedding invite, a calligraphy artist's hand-written expensive invite but that says the same message, or a card handwritten by a close friend with a personal message just for you. While the expense of the calligraphy artist's invite has a higher perceived value than the simply printed wedding invite, it does not compare to one with a tailored message meant just for you from someone you know. **What do you dislike about Handwrytten?** There can always be more options of cards and fonts, but this has not been a problem. With the integration working properly, the entire process takes around 30 seconds, and could be less if we didn't want the ability to make slight tweaks to some templated content before we send each card out. I also appreciate the writing and shipping speed. It's a great way to show someone you know that you're thinking of them. **What do you dislike about Handwrytten?** There's not much I can say that I dislike about Handwrytten. There was one card that I received that the writing came out wonky, but I understand they are done by robots and subject to error. The rest of the cards I received came out fine. **What problems is Handwrytten solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's hard to find the time to write genuine handwritten letters in this day and age, so having Handwrytten really helps. I am tempted to try their services in other ventures. They have a great method to their madness! **What do you dislike about Handwrytten?** I don't have about lot to dislike about the company. **What problems is Handwrytten solving and how is that benefiting you?** Handwrytten helped solved my scalling problem with my real estate venture such as personalized mailings. I reached out to customer service and requested they email me monthly statements and the issue was resolved! **What problems is Handwrytten solving and how is that benefiting you?** So far, I have had no problems.
