Quality, full stop. I don't use Handwrytten for high-volume sends. I use it for the cards that need to feel personal and considered. Business anniversaries, condolence cards, congratulations on a big life event. Those moments deserve a real card in the mail, and Handwrytten delivers on that promise. The handwriting is convincing, the paper stock is premium, and the platform makes it easy to write something genuine, pick a card that fits the tone, and get it in the mail same day. What do you dislike about Handwrytten?

One area I think could be improved is the initial setup and onboarding process. While Handwrytten ultimately delivers a strong return on investment by saving time and improving engagement, making the setup process more intuitive would help users realize that value more quickly. I'd also like to see a larger selection of more modern, customizable card designs to better fit different audiences and occasions. Finally, as AI and integrations continue to evolve, expanding those capabilities could further streamline workflows and improve performance for organizations managing large-scale outreach. Those enhancements would make an already valuable platform even more effective while preserving the personal touch that makes Handwrytten stand out and further support the onboarding process. "Easy Card Sending with Helpful Salesforce Integration—Some Minor Setup Hiccups"

What do you like best about Handwrytten?

It's pretty straightforward and easy to start sending cards. The Salesforce integration is very useful in sending out larger numbers of notes, and I like that it can be used to automate sends (like birthdays) through flows. Mostly I was involved in testing and getting things set up for our company, but the platform worked very well in testing. If we did hit hiccups, our rep was very responsive and even helped us with communications to their Salesforce developer. The prices seemed overall reasonable to me, and I never heard any complaints from any of my colleagues who used the service once we go things set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Handwrytten?

Initially there were some issues in setting up our org and users with the Salesforce integration. But I think we were a bit of an edge case in the way we were requesting to use the system. What problems is Handwrytten solving and how is that benefiting you?

We sometimes have a lot of thank yous and reminders and such that need to be sent out around events. It's nice to be able to have something more than an email going out to somebody. You don't always have the time to tailor an individual communication to each person. But Handwrytten helps those boilerplate messages feel more personal. What do you like best about Handwrytten?

I like that Handwrytten is really easy to use and intuitive. It's a perfect experience for sending handwritten notes to our clients. I appreciate the fonts they use, and the whole process is automated. It's a time saver because I don't have to do it myself. I also like that I can import an Excel file with all the information without having to input it manually. "User-Friendly Tools and Bulk Upload That Save Time on Large Card Orders"

What do you like best about Handwrytten?

All of the tools and features on Handwritten are extremely user-friendly, especially when needing to do large order of cards. I found one of the most useful tools since using this platform was the bulk upload option when sending out various cards with the same message during the holiday season. I've been using Handwrytten at my company, and what stands out most is how easy it is to use — the platform is intuitive, with saved campaigns and reusable designs.
