The app simplifies the process of generating a card and choose a gift in the same space. It works. **What do you dislike about Felt App?** The app is a little chunky when placing a photo. The UX looks a little old. Maybe it´s related to what I mentioned before about being special for beginners. If you are used to great interfaces, this would stay half the way. **What problems is Felt App solving and how is that benefiting you?** I try it. Analyzed it. But did not complete the process of sending. I was trying the app, use all options, but I really don´t feel ending the process was a good idea. I´ll buy something some other way and send something else. ### 2. When doing things in multiples, this is amazing. **What do you dislike about Felt App?** There is not much I do not like. The cost per card often feels high in comparison if you were to just shoot out a note yourself. **Recommendations to others considering Felt App:** Send out personalized notes to your clients, and other humans in your life! It makes a huge difference! Take advantage of using a custom photo - you are paying for a great service, so use all of the features! **What problems is Felt App solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ease of use! Personalized messages are key for customers, friends, and family. Saying that stamps are difficult seems crazy, but it adds a huge step to the process. ### 3. Compared to a hallmark card, I'd say it's just as good if not better for being personalized. **What do you dislike about Felt App?** The app interface was a little difficult to use and forced me into landscape mode, but nothing too hard or annoying to overcome. I'd also say they can improve turnaround time as my card did not exactly arrive on time. **What problems is Felt App solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is a time saver for me. I dislike going to a store to search for the best greeting card and then having to mail it and get a stamp. Felt allows me to send personalized cards from the comfort of my home. ### 4. My favorite feature is you can use your own handwriting to digitally address the envelope and sender info. Pay a modest fee and Felt prints the card and envelope and mails it to arrived on the date you specify. Never miss.another Mothers Day or Anniversary greeting again! **What do you dislike about Felt App?** Limited options of sizes and layouts of cards. It would be nice to be able to send a single sheet of hand written text for correspondence letters. **What problems is Felt App solving and how is that benefiting you?** Purchased to send custom invitations for a formal honors event on iOS but we now use it to send thank you notes to sponsors and vendors and even thinking of you and condolences cards to employees experiencing illness or loss. ### 13. There are plenty of different templates to choose for whatever purpose. **What do you dislike about Felt App?** I like this app and feel that it has a great framework for what it has the possibility of being. But with an iPad Pro, I expect a lot more versatility when using the Apple Pencil but this app limits creators to a small amount of handwriting capabilities. For this reason, I decided to stop using the product. **What problems is Felt App solving and how is that benefiting you?** This app allows me to make a design in a pinch rather than designing a template from scratch. ### 15.
