I love that Firstbase has the logistical knowledge and infrastructure to handle global equipment procurement and recovery, making it possible for our remote-first company to supply equipment to employees worldwide. The Firstbase team is the best part; they are communicative, proactive, and always willing to help. They listen to feedback and are continually improving their platform and services. Their platform makes managing our equipment very easy, from monitoring usage to tracking shipments. I appreciate being able to empower employees to pick out their own peripherals. The platform saves my small, busy Corp IT team a lot of time since we no longer spend excessive time packaging and shipping equipment for new hires. Recovering equipment outside of the US is also manageable now, despite not having offices or IT staff in most countries where we have employees.
