There isn’t anything I truly dislike about Firstbase. If I had to name one limitation, it would be that their international coverage for shipping and retrieval isn’t as broad as some larger or more established competitors. That said, this feels more like a natural reflection of a company still scaling rather than a shortcoming.
Importantly, they’ve shown a real willingness to expand based on customer needs. I’ve made a few requests related to specific regions recently, and the team was receptive and responsive, which gives me confidence in their long-term flexibility and growth.
