Sometimes, not every website visitor can be identified, and the initial setup can feel a bit complicated.once everything is configured, it works well and does what I need.

While Factors.AI provides valuable insights, one limitation is that if a user’s personal data is not available, it cannot identify the exact prospect. In such cases, it only provides organizational details like the company name and some basic information. Although this still helps in targeting campaigns, having more granular data on individual prospects would make the tool even stronger.

Before using Factors.AI, we had traffic on our website but had limited visibility into who our prospects were and which users were engaging with our blogs and content. Factors.AI solves this problem by helping us identify website visitors and their level of engagement.

When the data is synced with our CRM, we can see additional signals and intent metrics, which allows us to prioritize high-potential leads and tailor our campaigns more effectively. **What do you like best about Factors.AI?**

Factors.AI is more cost-effective and has a much easier interface compared to other tools like Leadfeeder, which I used for over 2 years. The user experience feels smoother and more intuitive.
What really stands out is the ability to segregate data at both the Contact and Account levels, making analysis more structured. Additionally, Factors.AI helps identify accounts acquired through LinkedIn Ads with far better clarity—something I haven’t seen in other tools. More Important, Factors.Ai become my routine tool on daily basis to help identify the Generated MQLs from Paid.

**What do you dislike about Factors.AI?**

For LinkedIn Ads, the ad impression timing report could be more accurate. At times, it’s a bit tricky to understand whether a visitor first saw the ad on LinkedIn and then searched on Google, or if they landed on the website via Google search and were later shown an ad on LinkedIn.

**What problems is Factors.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Factors.AI helps me accurately attribute leads across multiple channels, especially Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Earlier, it was difficult to understand which campaigns or platforms were actually driving conversions, but Factors.AI gives clear visibility at both the Contact and Account level. This has made it easier to track ROI, optimize campaigns, and focus budget on channels that truly perform. Overall, it saves time, reduces guesswork, and improves the quality of marketing decisions.

I really appreciate how Factors.AI allows me to track website visitors effectively, which helps in understanding which pages they visit and for how long. The filtering option is quite useful, and I enjoy the ability to track prospects and their activity on the website. The software also suggests sending LinkedIn or Google Ads based on visitors' activities, which I find to be a really awesome feature. It provides detailed information about prospects and lead sources, allowing me to determine which platforms are driving more traffic to the website. Overall, I find Factors.AI to be very good, easy to use, and highly capable of finding the necessary details and insights.

**What do you dislike about Factors.AI?**

I found it challenging to create filters at the beginning due to the complex and extensive segmentation options in Factors.AI. This made it a bit difficult to filter data to exactly what I needed initially, though I have become more adept over time. Additionally, I encountered a significant delay when applying filters on large datasets. The system would prompt me to return after approximately sixty minutes to view the processed results. This is inconvenient, particularly when I am in urgent need of specific prospect information.

I use Factors.AI to identify website visitors, monitor their navigation and interactions, and determine lead sources, which helps me support targeted advertising and enhance traffic from specific platforms. This is especially useful when running Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, as it helps us find potential opportunities. What I like about Factors.ai is how it has helped us get insights from our website traffic.

Before using this platform, we had 100s of visitors coming to our website every week, but we had no clue which companies they represented, the geo, what pages they visited, etc

The visitor identification feature is helpful, and we're now able to identify around 70-75% of our anonymous visitors. We use this data to target the potential prospects from those companies.

Overall, it's made our demand generation much more strategic and less of a spray-and-pray approach.

The platform can be complex to set up for non-techies. Sometimes I feel that the data we get may not be 100% correct.

You can use first-party website visitors data and data from your CRM to more accurately target accounts on LinkedIn based on their pain point, solution interest, and Sales cycle stage. You also get more granular controls over LinkedIn ads, your able to control impression counts for accounts based on filters so you can spread out your spend more strategically or give target accounts more attention.

Customer Success is very supportive in helping me get the most value out of the tool and uncover additional functionality.

It's very robust and there's definitely a learning curve to be able to get the most value out of the tool.

**What problems is Factors.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use LinkedIn ads for lead gen, awareness, and sales support. It's difficult to know the best way to target each account and LinkedIn native tools don't allow you to leverage first-party data on website traffic. Factors AI helps me target the right ads at the right account based on the keyword that interested them. It also helps me support Sales by showing ads based on where the account is in the Sales Cycle, i.e. if they're in demo stage I can show them ads with customer stories, and if they're in nurture I can show them ads on why we're better than competitors.

Not much. The tools generally delivers on its promises and call out its shortcomings early on.

**What do you like best about Factors.AI?**

The fact that they can de-anonymize 40-50% of our website traffic and seamlessly sync to hubspot is great. The segmentation features, reporting dashboards and integrations with LinkedIn campaign manager are all necessary features to have and one tool can solve all these problems. The CS team is great and has weekly sync with the team to understand and exploit the tool's potential.

**What do you dislike about Factors.AI?**

The timeline view is not available for download which is more on the technical front but its an important data set and hard to fetch it manually.

**What problems is Factors.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to segment and analyze the traffic that is coming from different campaigns/traffic sources like ads, organic traffic etc.., which helps our SDR team to do an outreach on really hot accounts immediately. Factors also sync with LinkedIn campaign manager to send accounts to target on ads. We also use it extensively for reporting or understanding a deal activity in our website. AE/SDRs have access to the platform and use it for research before the call.

**What do you like best about Factors.AI?**

So I've been using factors.ai for a few months now, and it’s quickly become a go-to tool in our marketing team. The platform digs deep into website visitor data, pulling in signals from sources like LinkedIn and our CRM, which makes it really easy to spot high-intent prospects early on.

What I really appreciate is how it turns raw data into clear, actionable insights. Instead of piecing together numbers from multiple systems, I get a consolidated view that helps me fine-tune our campaigns almost in real time. 

Sure, there’s a bit of a learning curve at the start, but the support team is friendly and always ready to help. The way they are always ready to listen to my rudimetary questions at any point of time, is just commendable. It has helped me to get hands on with the tool really seamlessly.

Steep learning curve, it would've been easier if there were video tutorials to help us learn it.

It promises to uncover 60 to 70% of the traffic you receive but it is not the case when we use the platform.

The data it gives after enrichment is not at all accurate

They have a feature to capture leads from filling out the website, but most of the time, it misses the majority of the leads.

The UI always loads for ages when you try to create segments.

There are numerous features but nothing works as desired.

Factors help me identify which companies are visiting my website from every channel. Now I don't have to wait to get the first round of conversions to judge quality of traffic. I can see the quality of companies the day after launching a campaign. Its also a much needed replacement to GA4 for web analytics.

I would like to be able to track # of users per company in more of the reports.

Factors unmasks which companies are visiting our website, giving me much faster feedback on the quality of each campaign. It helps with attribution by showing if leads were exposed to LinkedIn ads before they converted. Finally, its comparable to Universal Google Analytics, but actually includes the companies visiting instead of anonymous traffic.

It helps monitor what accounts and people are visiting my website. Monitors and identifies more website visits than competitors - that's why we chose this.

Factors really helped us understand how well our efforts were getting prospects onto the website. We are able to use the slack alerts to go after companies who are visiting our website, and identify people within ICP to do personalized reachout. 

If we were to use automations like Clay/Smartlead, we can fully automate the reachout to website visitors. 

Factors helped convert our first-party intent flow into a pipegen channel easily.

The active support provided, and the insights they provided was a huge bonus to our marketing efforts. Thanks Factors AI and the team!

**What do you dislike about Factors.AI?**

Bit complex to navigate around the product. Need to improve on usability. But I feel that's on purpose - their customizable reports and dashboards functionality is a plus over competitors.

More made for a dedicated Marketing Ops person rather than a generalist. Can be really powerfull for a marketing driven GTM motion, but we have more of a sales driven motion.

We never had a solution to track website visitors and run a retargeting campaign. Factors ai helped setup this system to make sure we are reaching out proactively to people who are visiting our website.

Since we setup this, we now reach out from a sales-driven angle rather than a marketing driven angle/no angle. Get's us more info about who is visiting our website and from where.

We use the Slack Alerts functionality to reachout to website visitors and the accounts which visited us. Also, it helps give visibility into which accounts are actively evaluating us in our pipeline and who are not.
