**What do you like best about Meet Alfred?**

I use MeetAlfred.com for LinkedIn outreach automation, and it has made my outreach so easy. I just need to set up a campaign once, and it does the outreach for me, saving a lot of time and manual effort. I can set up multiple campaigns according to my need, which is really helpful. The interface is very easy to use, so the learning curve is minimal. The customer support is good—they're always there if I have an issue. My LinkedIn account has had no issues because of it; I've been using MeetAlfred.com for the past 8 months without any problems, so it's quite a reliable tool. Also, the initial setup was quite easy; I'd rate it a solid 9 out of 10.

I don't have any complaints, but one thing they can improve is the price, which is somewhat expensive compared to competitors like Heyreach.

**What do you like best about Meet Alfred?**

I like using MeetAlfred.com for automating my LinkedIn connection process. It helps me create an automated workflow, like searching for HR or Senior Tech Leads at IT firms for software engineering and going to their profiles to send requests and follow-up emails. I find the AI assistant and the automation features very helpful, along with the analytic dashboard. MeetAlfred.com also integrates well with CRM systems like Salesforce to manage account and contact details or automate opportunity data fetched from Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Meet Alfred?**

The AI automation sounds and feels more like AI has done the job, less human touch, which leads to LinkedIn assuming I am some kind of bot. More automation is needed for tools like Slack and Teams.

I like how MeetAlfred.com lets us automate outreach at scale while still keeping communications personal and targeted. Its AI lead finder saves our team huge amounts of manual research time. The all-in-one platform for email, LinkedIn, and CRM keeps our workflow clean and efficient. It’s incredibly intuitive to use, requires minimal training, and helps us consistently connect with architects, contractors, and distributors across Germany’s building materials industry without feeling spammy or generic. This perfect mix of simplicity, power, and personalization makes it essential for our daily sales and marketing operations.

**What do you dislike about Meet Alfred?**

Occasionally, the AI lead suggestions can include less relevant contacts for the German construction industry, requiring extra manual filtering. We’ve also noticed minor delays in syncing interaction data with our internal CRM, which disrupts real-time visibility. Some advanced customization options for outreach sequences feel overly technical and not fully tailored to regional B2B workflows in Germany. Honestly the campaign builder is really easy to use. Setting up LinkedIn sequences took me like 10 mins. The built-in CRM is a nice touch too - keeps everything in one place instead of jumping between tabs.

**What do you dislike about Meet Alfred?**

The pricing feels a bit steep if you're just starting out. Also had a couple of times where the LinkedIn connection requests got delayed, not sure if that's on their end or LinkedIn's.

We were spending way too much time on manual LinkedIn outreach. MeetAlfred automates the follow-ups so we don't have to. It's saved our sales team probably a few hours a week and the reply rate has gone up a bit too.

I like how customizable the LinkedIn and email workflows are. It’s flexible enough to build multi-step sequences that feel personal, and the interface is pretty intuitive once you get used to it. It’s helped me save time and stay organized across multiple outreach campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Meet Alfred?**

The biggest frustration is the support experience. When I had billing issues and needed help outside of basic setup, responses were slow and not very helpful. It felt like I was being passed around with no resolution. I’ve heard from a few SDR peers that tools like SalesHero.io and Aimfox offer more responsive and personalized support, which is something I’m starting to value more.

**What do you like best about Meet Alfred?**

Using this platform in my previous fintech, I found the insights celebratory because I literally get to meet people faster through custom automated connection requests and keep in touch with them through campaigns. My life goal is to be encouraging, making impact with communication. It would be impossible to reach 10K followers to celebrate their birthdays, work anniversaries, job role changes, or skills acquired, and some have no interest in receiving that kind of attention on the LinkedIn platform. Those who do, they respond. They engage. It creates frequency in our dialogue to help develop the Linkie relationship. 

What a delight to nurture the relationship, whether to stay connected to build business together, bring donations to my philanthropic efforts, or stay in touch once they become customers. Those who engage back show up in my inbox and I haven't wasted any time reaching out to those who don't want to talk. The MeetAlfred platform does the original engagement automatically, taking a temperature for me if the connection wants to have the H2H (human-to-human) conversations from there.

I have work to do to learn about the email campaigning, wondering if I am not doing something correctly to automate emails. In my new role with Market Me More, I intend to explore this feature before I complain about it.

The features for a marketing campaign are fantastic. It has the main social media channels, multi channel approach , emails etc. I had some doubts and asked the chat. It was instant reply and all the answers were to the point.

I had taken individual plan and created a campaign. When i clicked publish it said my plan does not do that type of campaign. so i had to upgrade to business plan. they should not allow such campaigns in the individual plan in the first place.

I absolutely love that I can set it and forget it with Alfred. 

Think about it: if I can iron out a winning campaign, I can, essentially, have endless leads without all of the manual effort...

It's like buying access to more time that can certainly compound!

Hmm, I don't like that I can't create a campaign for Facebook. 

I also can only work with facebook pages versus a personal profile.

It's removing the manual labor from outreach. I don't have to spend 2 hours sending one-on-one messages, but instead, I can treat it like day trading INTO 3 DIFFERENT PLATFORMS at once!

The ease of setting it up and using it.  The team has also been responsive in replying and solving issues.

Setting up too many accounts at the same time got my account blocked. So if you are first using it, start slow.  Emails are not able to be auto removed if they bounce.

Auto reaching out to my old old database, to reconnect with them, with minimal monitoring from my part.  The email sends are slow, so recommended for non-urgent outreach.

I discovered Meet Alfred when I took on a prospecting job for one of my clients.  This software makes it easy for me to prospect on LinkedIn. It makes every effort to respect LinkedIn's policies to avoid the risk of account blocking, which is crucial for professionals who use LinkedIn for prospecting.


It offers advanced prospecting automation features, allowing you to send LinkedIn invites, track profiles, send personalized messages, and more, all in an automated way. This saves me a lot of time and effort.
I can tailor my messages to the needs of the target audience.

I can manage several prospecting campaigns simultaneously, which is ideal when you target different market segments or have several products or services to promote.

**What do you dislike about Meet Alfred?**

Configuring and using the advanced features took some getting used to.
MeetAlfred is a paid service, which means that users have to make a financial investment to use it. For some small businesses or freelance professionals, the cost can be prohibitive.
 While MeetAlfred strives to adhere to LinkedIn's policies, there is always a risk of account blocking if automation activities are mishandled or used excessively. Some users may be concerned about this risk.
MeetAlfred is limited by the features available on the LinkedIn platform. As a result, some advanced prospecting actions may be limited by LinkedIn rules.

There are often bugs that slow down work. Messages sometimes refuse to open.

On anything less than business, the LinkedIn campaigns are useless. I also can't use other ai smarts in the sequences to personilse the message beyond things like name, company, etc.

**What do you dislike about Meet Alfred?**

MeetAlred disconnects profiles every 5 mintues this has great affected our sales and marketing efforts. We cannot get a hold of anyone. There is no contact information. When we finally did they ignored us and just said it's a known problem. We asked for a refund due to the fact their platform isn't working and no one responds. The platform needs better customer service and should make people pay for services that their platform cannot support.

It's not helping us with anything at this point because the platform isn't working.

Functionality and service was pretty good up to a point.

After paying for the personal plan, basic functionality is missing. Nowhere was this noted before. Customer service suggestion was to pay for a more expensive plan. Instead, I canceled my subsciption of course.

**What do you like best about Meet Alfred?**

This tool promised a lot but did not deliver on any promises except for increasing connections. Has huge problems with getting your account suspended even after following the process they recommend. For those that are wondering, it's most likely a robotic process automation tool on the back end, hence why you can't use SSO as a login which presents a huge security risk.

**What do you dislike about Meet Alfred?**

Rubbish customer support and an ineffective tool if you want to go past a small number of account connections each day. It's clearly an RPA solution in the back end as you can't use SSO as a login. HUGE security risk.

LinkedIn can clearly detect when this tool is used as it blocks you for days when you have no campaigns set up and no activity on LinkedIn on other devices.

Followed warm-up protocol provided by MeetAlfred and it worked for a week and then I had consistent problems. When trying to cancel my account and get a refund the usual horrible customer service insued.

Use another tool or just do this by hand through sales navigator.

Not doing much to be honest. You would be better using LinkedIn sales navigator and doing targeted outreach that way. Quality over quantity, particularly when this tool doesn't offer much outside of basic connection requests and minimal personalisations.

The best part about MeetAlfred for me is that I can make sure that I will have a base number of calls on any set week without us having to hire a SDR. It allows me to have a steady stream of leads to answer to, and is a huge help to grow my LinkedIn network with exactly the right audience.

It can be a little bit challenging at first to master, but their customer service provides great help.

MeetAlfred is allowing us to postpone the hire of SDRs. It allows us to run effective outreach campaigns centered around a compelling LinkedIn post or event.

I initially liked the options available to filter down to specific geographies. It has been a few months since I have been using MeetAlfred but that option is already gone.

MeetAlfred is definitely not ready for professional usage with several bugs and features getting removed. Probably the most unprofessional service from any team I have seen so far. Doesn't appear to be a professionally run organization.

**Recommendations to others considering Meet Alfred:**

I would certainly not recommend MeetAlfred at all. The product is unreliable. It keeps switching plans without your permission. The worst part is the worst customer support I have ever seen. Each rep gives a different answer. I have been running behind to resolve an issue for more than a month without a resolution.

**What problems is Meet Alfred solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am trying to connect with the target audience for my business using MeetAlfred and have gotten a decent amount of new connections using MeetAlfred. The connection rate depends on the audience you are connecting with though.

Meet Alfred is a tool used for LinkedIn automation. We can run campaigns for sending requests, inmails, messages. Also, we can set automated messages for congratulating people on their success, birthdays, and new opportunity in jobs. you can see the statistics of the requests and messages you sent.

**What do you dislike about Meet Alfred?**

It is complex software to use. Linkedin restricts your account because of this tool. You have to maintain an excel sheet of people's LinkedIn accounts for sending new connections. As LinkedIn has restricted the weekly connection request to 100 so the use of Alfred can lead your LinkedIn account to block. Also, the number of profile visit increases due to this tool.

Sending automated connection requests
Sends automated messages
fetching up a sheet of your current connection with their details.
Congratulating people on their success even if you are not able to open LinkedIn on that particular day.

Support asking me to login to change my email address despite the fact I can't reset my password!

**Recommendations to others considering Meet Alfred:**

I contacted customer support to tell them I couldn't log in to their website because I originally signed up using LinkedIn log in with their desktop app several years ago.

When I try to reset my password, I get an error message that I need to log in using Google or Microsoft (I logged in before with LinkedIn, not these two).

After several messages back and forth asking them to just reset my password for me since I have no way of doing that with their current setup, support told me to log in and change my email address if I'm having problems accessing using that email address. Seriously!

Be aware that if you choose to use this service, you may have to use their support which has no clue how to provide help!

Terrible customer experience. When service stops working for a couple of days, refuse to compensate the customer and immediately refer to T&C where it says that they are not required to compensate the customer. It seems like their view is "The customer has the right to pay and will be lucky if the service works". For a productivity tool I'd expect much more than that. I ended up with the feeling that I spent more time managing the tool than if I had to perform the work manually on LinkedIn.

Consider other alternatives and expect nothing but lousy customer support.

Social selling on LinkedIn, by contacting many prospects at the same time, or sending campaign messages to multiple existing contacts, without being blocked by LinkedIn.

It works totally on autopilot mode, especially for sending personalized messages on LinkedIn. And it helps in generating rich and qualified business leads in comparison to some other similar tools available.

Sometimes, the sequence gets stopped abruptly in between due to some sync error with the accounts. So, one needs to keep an eye constantly to monitor if all the campaigns are running properly or not.

Comparing to most of the apps for Linkedin outreach automation that I've seen, Alfred has the most pleasant and intuitive interface. Their support team is also very helpful when something is not clear. The system itself works smooth and exactly the way it should work. I must add that most of the competitors were "buggy" when I was comparing tools. That's why I finally chose Alfred for my team.

Can't see the detailed setting of my team members campaigns.
