I really feel as if the ui and the help function explains everything clearly. It is very easy to type code and run your code. I was wondering if my answers will be saved if my time runs out and that was answered in the help function which was unbelievably helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most dislikable quality for me might be the customer support. Nothing to do with the actual service but it falls under the issue of user thinking that it would take too long to get a reply. If that won't be the case, maybe a larger icon or more description of its features would be helpful. Such as "chat to a agent" when hovering over the icon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
