**What do you like best about Circle Commerce?**

The training they provide is outstanding — that’s number one for us. Their team takes the time to ensure we fully understand the system and how to use it effectively.

In addition, whenever we need something added or customized, they handle it quickly and efficiently. Their responsiveness and willingness to adapt the system to our needs make a big difference in our day-to-day operations.

**What do you dislike about Circle Commerce?**

At this time, we honestly don’t have any significant dislikes. Our experience has been very positive overall. Any minor questions or requests we’ve had were addressed quickly and professionally by their team.

**What problems is Circle Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since we sell across multiple channels and operate multiple warehouses, managing everything in separate systems would be extremely complicated and inefficient. Circle Commerce brings all of our operations together into one centralized platform — including orders, inventory, and fulfillment.

This gives us clear visibility across all channels and locations in one place, reduces errors, and makes day-to-day operations much easier to manage. The system is user-friendly, reliable, and helps us stay organized with minimal issues, which ultimately improves our efficiency and scalability.

**What do you like best about Circle Commerce?**

We can customize almost everything and they are easy to communicate with. The people we talk to are all easy to speak English to versus other services we have where they don't speak English or I can't understand them and they are in another country. Also it's very fast and I know some things are a lot more affordable compared to the team that does our website. They have a lot of customizable logic.

**What do you dislike about Circle Commerce?**

We have to pay for customizations, they aren't free. The interface is like a business interface, it doesn't look new like my iPhone with the glass UI.

**What problems is Circle Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of complex pricing for wholesale and distribution that they do, and they also do all our custom workflows. When we were looking for an ERP a lot of them could do pricing multiple ways, but no one else could do everything we wanted. Also one thing I don't like is our customers basically demand some requirements and if they are a big customer we have to do it, so then Circle will build it for us.

**What do you like best about Circle Commerce?**

I like how Circle Commerce quickly shows the history for products, which really helps in locating missing items and understanding who moved them and when. The reports from Circle are great because they help us find shipping trends, making it easier to optimize product locations for efficient picking. I'm also impressed by the variety of reports Circle offers. Whether it's a general overview or highly-specific queries, I can easily get the information I need. Plus, the speed of the Circle program impressed me when I first started using it. The training for Circle was easy to understand and built upon my previous work experience. Exporting reports to Microsoft Excel is smooth, and I've had no problems with that process.

**What do you dislike about Circle Commerce?**

Circle Commerce may rarely lock-up while pick-listing orders but it is quickly remedied by restarting the program.

**What problems is Circle Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Circle Commerce helps me track product history and locate items quickly, improving efficiency. It provides insightful reports to find shipping trends and optimize product placement, making data evaluation easy with a variety of reporting options.

I have nothing negative to say.   Cirlce has been  a vital partner.

**What problems is Circle Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Due to our very unique business model, we require a software package that flexible and and can be fully customized based on need.   Nothing "off the shelf" would ever work for us.  Cirlce Commerce has provided a customized software experience for us, that allows us to meet the demands of the business.   As a long time customer, the business has been presented with several operational challenges, that we have solved through the partnership with Circle Commerce.  They take the time to learn the business and partner with us to achieve the right solution.    This has been a valuable asset and helps us to provide amazing service to our clients.

**What do you like best about Circle Commerce?**

I really appreciate working with Circle Commerce because I know everyone on their team, and they've taken the time to fully understand our business and what we need. Whenever we have a request for a new system feature, a webservice, or a custom report, I can reach out, and they understand exactly what I'm asking for and deliver it. I value their thoughtful suggestions when they think there's a better way to accomplish something. I love that when I flag something as urgent, they handle it immediately, without lengthy escalations, solving issues quickly. It's clear they genuinely care about our success, making working with them a great experience. Their personalized attention, quick response times, and collaborative problem-solving directly impact our ability to operate smoothly and grow our business, making them an asset to our team.

**What do you dislike about Circle Commerce?**

This is not a 'dislike' but an improvement - While our experience with Circle Commerce has been very positive overall, like with any partnership, there's always room for improvement. My improvement I would like to see is already in the works - a new mobile application. We are excited to move to their new mobile. We are also looking to add more webservice in our environment to meet the needs of our customers.

**What problems is Circle Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Circle Commerce as our OMS and WMS to centralize order processing and inventory management. It provides better visibility for customer service and integrates seamlessly with our systems, personalized to our needs.

There is very little I dislike about Circle Commerce. One area for potential improvement would be enhancing the visibility of real-time product movement to provide more immediate and accurate inventory updates.

Overall, the system provides a strong operational foundation and supports accurate inventory control. We value the structure it offers and the reliability we can consistently depend on. The breadth of functionality is especially beneficial, as it supports multiple departments—from customer service and order entry through warehouse operations and final shipment—allowing us to manage the full process within one system.

The mobile application improves order efficiency compared to our previous paper-based system. I also value the detailed product history and reporting features, which are incredibly helpful when investigating issues.

One improvement I would suggest is the option to access the system via a web-based UI.

I really appreciate the great interaction and response time I get with Circle Commerce. They meet expectations consistently, and the team is always polite and professional. It's super easy to set up, which was a big plus for us. I also value how they developed our software and continue to maintain it by making daily improvements.

They're not a large organization, but we discovered that to actually be a positive.

We are in a niche business that doesn't have any major off the shelf software options.  Circle collaborated with our team to design and then they created custom modules to meet our specific needs.  We also experienced a 15+% increase in throughput from our processing lines simply due to the speed of Circle's system.

I dislike the fact that it’s such a good software. Whenever I need an update or an add-on, they always come through. It doesn’t really give me any room to blame them for anything, or even for my own mistakes.

It’s easier to ship shipments, and the financing process is straightforward.

**What do you like best about Circle Commerce?**

The system was fit specifically to our needs in all aspects of the business, especially for our call center, so taking orders and doing customer service is very fast and efficient and lets us service our customers effectively.

**What do you dislike about Circle Commerce?**

I don't really dislike anything - the font size on the screens could be a bit larger, but that's true of all applications for me.

**What problems is Circle Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our old system was slow, and in places difficult to use. Our management did a good job of identifying our needs, and the Circle staff was able to adapt the system specifically to our needs, which is great for users. The big benefit in my area is that we can service customers much more efficiently, and we get a lot of good comments from long time customers about how our service has improved.
