Also having the ability to half search up say a name to determine whether or not the right name and address was provided was very helpful in understanding what went wrong with shipments and allowed me to resolve them effectively. **What do you dislike about Extensiv Integration Manager?** I felt like the bar on the side should stay there regardless of what you are doing. After executing a search I lost the bar entirely and found that to be very annoying having to go back for each order rather than clicking back into say a hidden side-bar and pulling it back for another search. **What problems is Extensiv Integration Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's providing an easy way to track shipping and setup logistics. I found it to be very effective at taking out a lot of the busy work revolving around the shipping industry and automating a lot of processes that further saves time. ### 3. Saving us a couple of hours each day, helps us complete other tasks. ### 4. This freed up a lot of time away from manual processes and allowed us to spend more time providing customer support. **What do you dislike about Extensiv Integration Manager?** The integration process seemed extremely difficult between us and the team that manages our access to 3PL, there were a lot of delays and a lot of errors. These may have been human error but overall we had a lot of duplicate orders shipped and a lot of issues getting set up at first. **Recommendations to others considering Extensiv Integration Manager:** Make sure that you have all of your settings reviewed and tested before you deploy the software or else you'll end up with duplicate orders like we did! **What problems is Extensiv Integration Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cart rover is solving the problem I outlined in what I like best, the fact that we no longer have to manually input orders into 3PL between Salesforce and our warehouse. It also feeds us back information like the carrier and tracking number which we've been able to utilize with marketing sending out auto-tracking emails, welcome emails and customer journey emails. ### 5. I would like to see and error log or email for erorrs. **What problems is Extensiv Integration Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were manually copying and pasting tracking and product details from our 3PL into Salesforce which took time and led to plenty of errors.
