There is very little I dislike about Circle Commerce. One area for potential improvement would be enhancing the visibility of real-time product movement to provide more immediate and accurate inventory updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Circle Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?

Overall, the system provides a strong operational foundation and supports accurate inventory control. We value the structure it offers and the reliability we can consistently depend on. The breadth of functionality is especially beneficial, as it supports multiple departments—from customer service and order entry through warehouse operations and final shipment—allowing us to manage the full process within one system. What do you like best about Circle Commerce?

Scott, you are spot on ! We already have upgraded our mobile process using Web tooling, and we are expanding in the web area, next is dashboards and reporting. Keep those suggestions coming, it's how we know what should be next!
