I really appreciate working with Circle Commerce because I know everyone on their team, and they've taken the time to fully understand our business and what we need. Whenever we have a request for a new system feature, a webservice, or a custom report, I can reach out, and they understand exactly what I'm asking for and deliver it. I value their thoughtful suggestions when they think there's a better way to accomplish something. I love that when I flag something as urgent, they handle it immediately, without lengthy escalations, solving issues quickly. It's clear they genuinely care about our success, making working with them a great experience. This is not a 'dislike' but an improvement - While our experience with Circle Commerce has been very positive overall, like with any partnership, there's always room for improvement. My improvement I would like to see is already in the works - a new mobile application. We are excited to move to their new mobile.
